The media could not be loaded.    Great build quality and features. Nice choice of viewing angles for those that are not fond of the fish eye effect. Has zoom option which is nice when you need it. I like the modular design of the LCD screen or extra battery. Comes with a nice array of accessories, even a curved 3M stick panel for helmets.The LCD has a blue tint but the footage once uploaded onto a proper screen it looks amazing. I took a rifle class over the weekend and caught some footage. I could only upload 30seconds due to Amazon 100MB file limit, and I wanted to keep 1080P resolution. But the video does its job, the footage is absolutely outstanding. Keep in mind this is also with the waterproof housing on (which is why the audio is a bit muted).4K is pretty good too but 15 fps is a bit laggy for my tastes, but the 1080P @ 60 fps is great. It also has wifi so you can connect with your phone to check viewing angles. The menu is a bit confusing at first but a few minutes of experimentation is all that's needed.All in all a decent little camera. I compared some specs and this camera is better than the GoPros except the Hero 4 Black.

Just got this camera a few days ago and I have to say that it exceeded my expectation. I was expecting really bad video quality, super bad sound but it was just the opposite, daylight video is really good, night time video is kind of grainy which annoys me but I think it can be fixed with certain video editing software, but for me it was not a deal breaker since I record mostly during the day. It does come with a lot of accessories but the most useful ones that I found are the waterproof enclosure and the remote, the other stuff that comes with it I am still trying to figure out what they are for, I did buy a handle mount and a car mount to record my exciting trips from my house to my job (). I did run into a few issues with the camera, when I first took it out of the box I was able to connect my phone to it and configure it, but after that first time my phone was unable to find the wifi signal not matter what I did (Yes, the WIFI and the camera power switch was set to on). I actually had to reset the camera to get it to work again, after that It’s been working pretty well. Another issue that I ran into is when I would turn off the wifi on the camera it would stay on, I would have to flip the switch a couple of times for it to respond, but now it seems to be okay.I still gave it a 5 star rating because for the price of a GoPro Silver I was able to buy the Camera and buy all kind of accessories for it and still saved some money with pretty good results.

Small and compacted, fits in small purse perfectly. The navigation of the camera is a little bit confusing, read manual is a must. The time lapse function is super fun. Overall, very satisfied.

Multiple features do not work in 4k recording, including 10x zoom. I bought this specifically for the zoom and 4k recording resolution, and while it does have 10x zoom and 4k recording, the zoom does not work in 4k recording mode. Buyer beware!Also, I tested the battery life a day after it arrived. I was able to do 75 minutes of 1080p 10x zoom recording, which ain't a lot considering they say it can last up to three hours with a 1500mAH battery.Just some facts to be aware of before you buy!

I purchased this camera specifically for underwater photography.While the camera seems to work fairly well above water while in the 10m case, as soon as it dips below the waves, the images it shoots go out of focus. Both still photographs and video shot underwater during bright, sunny days are useless. There appears to be no setting the user can change to correct this problem. Video shot at the same time with another manufacturer's action cam under the same conditions turned out perfect.Additionally, the 10m case that comes with the camera fogs up very badly despite the use of moisture absorbing packets, absorbent cotton cloth, and paper towels stuffed into the case with the camera. Since the underwater shots are out of focus anyway, this really isn’t an issue for underwater work. You may, however, wish to use the 10m case when shooting in conditions on dry land in which the camera may be exposed to water. In these instances you’ll need to regularly check the case lens for fogging, frequently opening it to clear the fog. Again, the other manufacturer's camera that does not rely on an external case does not suffer from this issue.So, other than being more or less useless as an action cam, this unit performs very well. For those who want an action cam, I suggest looking elsewhere for a unit that does not rely on an external case.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I purchased this camera after several people at a local camera store touted it as a real gopro contender. This camera can not even compete with my smart phone not to mention a gopro. My camera suffers from soft focus and from exposure issues. Yes I have read the manual and have tested the camera with several different settings. I really do hope that this camera is defective otherwise there are a lot of people out there selling some serious bs about this camera.

Recently purchased to test out its capabilities: likes: 10x zoom, adj view angle, ease of use, comparability with apps!!, video/audio quality.Dislikes: short Usb cables, some moire with linear backgrounds.Overall, love it ! Plan on buying more!I now have Two of the S71 cameras.I love the images, the versatility, and the APP ( with 2 cams, takes 2 devices ton control. Can't operate both cams from one IPhone or iPad).Some of the g-pro devices can work with S71, the holes may not line up properly, or other dimensions cause "tight" fit. Be creative.I purchased a large kit of g-pro connectors and have been able to make most of them work.Lastly, got a mic for each camera! Little usb lav that works nicely. But of trick to connect Micro HDMI & micat same time. But, it works and I can record to ninja2!
