Works for nerves and stomacheaches
This works!!!! This is the first supplement we try. I researched a few options and this had the ingredients I felt most comfortable giving my 8yo. We use other products from this brand. We struggle with school anxiety and noise/sensory sensitivity. My 8yo cries often before school through out the day and complains often of an upset stomach - due to nerves. We do 2 tablets 30-45min before school and the tears have decreased before school tremendously. We are one week in and the teacher said no crying at all during the day. She is now able to talk through her struggles versus crying and shutting down. She has not complained of a tummy ache since she started these. We had a school music program - she got stage fright the last program and had a meltdown. We did 2 tablets 1 hour before this program and she performed great and was smiling and enjoying herself. We only do 2 before school. We don’t need them any other times. This dose seems to be sufficient. I tried a dose and didn’t feel a difference but I don’t get anxious. I thought it could be placebo effect but my 8yo shares they help her think and relax. She also said she doesn’t feel her stomach wonky during school. The taste is a little chalky and light lavender taste. She doesn’t like them but knows they help so she chews them quick with water. I hope they help other kids bc we have tried everything short of RX meds for her school and separation anxiety. I feel this had made a huge difference for us in just a week.

Wonderful natural solution that's genuinely helped my anxious child find calm!
This Genexa Kid's Calm Keeper has been absolutely incredible for helping my child manage everyday worries and stress in a gentle, natural way - the quality is outstanding with clean, organic ingredients that I feel completely comfortable giving to my child, and I love that Genexa focuses on removing artificial fillers and synthetic additives that are so common in children's supplements. The functionality has been remarkable as it genuinely helps ease my child's tensions during stressful situations like school tests, social anxiety, or bedtime worries without making them drowsy or altering their personality, and I appreciate how the natural vanilla and lavender flavoring makes it pleasant for them to take rather than a daily battle like so many other supplements. It looks great with child-friendly packaging that feels trustworthy and medical-grade while being appealing enough that my child doesn't resist taking it, and the chewable format is perfect for kids who struggle with swallowing pills or liquid medicines. At this price point, it's incredible value compared to expensive therapy sessions or prescription medications that come with concerning side effects - this natural approach has given us a safe tool for helping our child develop healthy coping mechanisms while providing gentle support during difficult moments, and seeing how much calmer and more confident they've become in challenging situations has been such a relief as a parent, making this one of the best investments we've made for supporting our child's emotional wellbeing and helping them build resilience in a natural, age-appropriate way.

Grateful for this option for an anxious kiddo
My 5-yr-old made it through the first couple days of kindergarten without much fuss, if at all. Then, the next Monday, a complete meltdown at the bus stop. Nightmares, tantrums, pleading/begging, withdrawal, stomachaches and refusals to eat...it was an overwhelming few days for both of us. Having two older children who skipped happily off into schooling left me unprepared and shocked at the sudden change in my youngest child's behavior. Guidance and the pediatrician were good at offering some suggestions, but they were really tactics I was already using, such as preparing the night before, reading books about kindergarten, reward systems, plenty of sleep, meditation and prayer. Every "expert" kept saying it was normal. But physically restraining my child to get a seatbelt on, dropping him off in a front office and running while he screamed for help just wasn't sitting right with me as normal. I knew instinctively at the root of his resistance, anger, and sadness was Fear. As an adult, I've self medicated with herbal teas, over the counter vitamins designed to help cope with stress, probiotics to support a healthy gut, and had good results. Why not offer a child a gentle way to reduce anxiety? Late one evening after a particularly hard day, I came across this product. Nervous to give a supplement to my child, I researched the listed ingredients, crossed my fingers and ordered for overnight delivery. After three days of taking this product, my son is still nervous, but he calms down much faster and his teacher reports the last two days were fantastic. I did tell him they were vitamins that would help make him feel less scared, and I recognize this may have helped, too. But I can see him displaying less subconscious anxious behaviors and his nightmares (which he never remembered anyway the next day) have completely stopped. I believe this supplement has helped tremendously alongside multiple other strategies to reducing stress and anxiety. Getting a personal email from the owner of the company inquiring how my child was doing cemented my satisfaction that this is a wonderful option for us frazzled, frustrated and out of options parents.

It did not work with my child, but I still reccommend it!
It did not work with my child. He thought that they tasted good though. He is on the verge of having one or two. The first day I gave him one. Nothing happened as far as him being hyper. Day two I still gave him one thinking that It may just take a bit to get into his system. Day three through five, I gave him two at a time..... still no reduction at all in his hyperactive behavior. This could just be my son though. I am only one opinion. I do like how it is all natural though. It was at my house a day early. I recommend to try it, not every medicine or herb is going to work for everyone. There are ALOT of good reviews on this and I think that it does and will work with some children. I just think mine is at that stage where he is going to be hyper and rebellious at times no matter what. I am giving four stars because I know that it is probably my son that is too hyper and needs to calm down at times. Redirection seems to work the best for me though. Buy it and at least try it though.

They work during tantrums but are not preventative.
I have a five-year-old son who is acting completely out of control at school (throwing books, hitting, running the halls, etc.) -- but only at school! He's (for the most part) mellow at home, at my office (where I have to take him after he gets suspended for his behavior), at his recreational sports, basically anywhere else but school. To be clear, I say "for the most part" because he is five and he will occasionally throw a temper tantrum from time to time. He's also not a complete nightmare at school. He does have good days and the front office staff seem to think he walks on water. Any ways, we started taking him to see a counselor who told us our son is very intelligent but manipulative and is behaving poorly at school on purpose, most likely so he can leave the classroom (she ruled out ADD/ADHD, autism, and defiance disorders). However, his teacher describes him as "out of control" during his outbursts. We've tried grounding him, taking away his favorite items, and (gasp!) even spanking him but he still acts out at school. So, I decided to try these to see if they'd help during school. For the first few days, they did seem to make a difference but then I noticed they seemed to be making things worse. I'd give them to him in the morning, right before dropping him off, and I'd get reports from his teacher that he had a "rough morning" almost every day (but he'd act better in the afternoon). I had also started to notice that, if I gave them to him earlier in the morning, he would become very hyper for about an hour, then mellow out. So, I stopped giving them to him altogether. The other day, he was throwing a temper tantrum at the house and I gave these to him -- and he did mellow out pretty quickly. So, long story short, my opinion on these is that, yes, they work but only during an outburst. They're not preventative, in my opinion.

Wanted to like this but was really disappointed...
So, I really wanted to like this product. It's natural and had some really good reviews. However, my personal experience when my son took it was AWFUL, and I feel like I need to make this review just as a public service announcement. My son has some conditions that lead to him having difficulties focusing and controlling his impulses. Through a combination of diet, meditation and therapy, I had been able to make lots of progress, but he was still struggling a bit and I wanted to try and give him all the advantages I can, so I thought I'd try this to help him focus. The first two days were okay and I thought there was even a little improvement, though I noticed he was exhausted in the evening. I chalked this up to him "focusing" so much and being attentive; I told myself it would pass. Boy howdy, did it. Over the next 10 days my son spiraled out of control with more and more impulse control issues. This led to him receiving five referrals in 10 days. (To put that in perspective, he had two in the first seven months of school.) I feel like an idiot, because it took me 10 full days of this behavior to realize it was the Genexa. I stopped him taking it immediately, and we haven't had any discipline issues since. Further, both myself and his father, as well as his teacher have seen night and day improvements since we stopped. I am really happy that this product works for some children, but for my child it made things worse, and set us back months of progress. It was really disappointing. If you're reading this it may still be worth a try, but know that this can happen. If it does, I hope you catch it faster than I did.

A lifesaver for our 6-year-old
have to say, I’m genuinely impressed. My wife has been giving this to our six-year-old daughter, and the difference has been unbelievable. She usually gets very nervous and restless, especially at the dentist, but this time she was calm, relaxed, and so much easier to handle. We’ve noticed that she’s overall less hyper and more settled throughout the day. Nothing else we’ve tried has helped this way. Whatever is in here just seems to work beautifully for her. We’re honestly grateful to have found something gentle, natural, and effective that helps her stay calm when she needs it most. Highly recommend for parents looking for extra support for a sensitive or high-energy child.

Takes my "red-bull" level 5 year old down to a "excited" 5 year old. THIS IS AMAZING!!! Wish I could buy in bulk though
This is great. My super ADHD daughter is set for a eval soon, but we really needed something to help ease her hyperactivity in school. Plus, we cant put her stimulants (recovering addiction issues in household) and we know firsthand how aweful they can be. * Mind you- we really also watch her sugar intake, and God forbid she have ANY sort of caffeine or soda, so this is not a factor in behavior. I also have 2 other children who are not like this. So parenting/disciplining, or lack there-of, is also not a factor* :) --- Her background behavior for reference-- I know each child is different, but maybe it will help comparing. -- Teachers say each year around January, that she is struggling.. falling behind because she doesn't pay attention, so thus, she doesn't remember learning words, directions etc (she is in Kindergarten now) Usually she catches back up by the end of the school year. but she was having "time outs" every day for yelling, not sitting, not listening, talking, crawling under bathroom stalls, etc etc etc. That's just her.. the girl literally cant stand still when she is telling me something. Always moving, dancing, twirling, falling down.. you get the idea. Falling off of her chair at the dinner table and school was not uncommon. Taking her to events or shopping is a completely nightmare in itself. This Genexa- well, at first, we were like.. hmm... she seems a tad bit more calm... hmmm.. ooh, there's a bit of craziness... and then some more calm.. and more calm"er" more often. We noticed she plays or focuses on something much longer. Usually she will color for 15 mins, TOPS- but after the pills- One night she spent an hour coloring! I had her at a basketball tourney, she was watching a movie on her portable dvd player (because the girl will NOT calmly watch her sister play bball) and she watched that movie 3 times. It used to be that 1 time at most was the norm prior. So we noticed this change. Grandma also noticed at an event how she was able to focus longer on a task. Then we forgot a day. Just completely forgot to give them to her, O.M.G. I must have forgotten what life was like 2 weeks ago with out them. Holy $hit. Crazy town in our house, yelling, bullying the sister, unruly, stubborn, and all that fun stuff I had conveniently forgotten about within the last 2 weeks. After that evening, we were sold. I even paid rush shipping on my last order because we were going to run out. Teacher commented that this seems to "take her down a level" and we agree. She is still not a docile, parent-minding child, I mean, come on, this is no miracle pill here. She still is a "Strong-willed" kid, but this seems to take her from a red-bull energy level, down to that of an excited 5 year old instead. It's a breath of fresh air for us. I only wish they had larger bulk sizes. $15 for 60 pills dosage is 2 every 6 hours.. 2 in morning, the teacher gives her 2 at lunch. We skip the evening dose and just deal with her hyperactivity that starts to come back a bit around 6/7pm, since she goes to bed at 8 anyway. But this bottle only lasts us 15 days. I looked but didn't see that the manufacturer made larger quantity bottles, or I could buy a case. LOL.
