Another Great product by Pure Encapsulations!!I take one per day. Easy to digest, no reflux, no issues.One Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Citrate in the Morning, One Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Glycinate before bed… bowel movements are regular, constipation is gone, and I am sleeping better.

They are good, but one of the capsules was broken inside and so it coated all the other pills so they were very chalky in taste when I tried to consume them

Very poor absorption.compared to Mg glycinate form. Waste of money!

I started taking this and noticed results right away. I feel better and I get a good nights rest. My friends started taking as well. Great product.

I’ve been using Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Citrate for about a month, and overall it has been really beneficial. I feel less tense in my muscles and my sleep has improved. I wake up more refreshed. The capsule is gentle on my stomach; no GI upset so far, which is a big plus.There are a few things that keep me from giving it 5 stars: the size of the capsule is a bit large, which makes it slightly hard to swallow sometimes.
