Excellent Upgrade
I love these shocks! They were easy to install, excellent fit and finish. Ride quality was battle improved, no body roll, no diving in the front end and feel very stable. They function as intended and do their job very well. Very happy with the purchase.

High quality shock! Excellent value!
Excellent price here on Amazon when compared to the auto parts chain stores. I immediately could feel a difference in drivability with these new KYB 565001 Red shocks. I've had a compatible set of these KYB MonoMax Gas Red shocks on the rear of my truck for 2.5 years; they're holding strong and functioning well. I have great confidence that these new front KYB shocks will likewise serve me well.

Great shocks. They seemed a little stiff at first ...
Great shocks. They seemed a little stiff at first on my 1991 Ranger, but it corners flat and doesn't dive on braking, and I'm used to it now. They also eat 5mph speed humps at 30mph with no hysterics, just take it and keep going, and road construction bridge joints at 70mph and I don't have to wrestle to keep in my lane. Plus now I can feel if my tire air pressure is a little off. They're way stronger than auto parts store shocks and I had to use a jack to compress them into place. Still happy, no buyer's remorse.

Go with Monroe
I wasn't overly impressed with the quality. I found that a monroe shock had better quality at a cheaper price.
