I bought this drawing tablet for my daughter for Christmas (2021). I am not the primary user of the tablet, but I am her primary tech support so I've spent a little time getting it set up since Christmas day. The tablet seems to be good quality, the screen has excellent resolution and is responsive to the drawing pen.The main reason I am writing this review though, is Gaomon's fantastic customer service. I initially had a misunderstanding of how the tablet needed to be connected to the supporting computer. I thought there may be an issue with the port or with the cable on the device. I opened a ticket via their website and a representative responded to me in less than 24 hours which is pretty commendable given the time difference between my location and theirs. In following the additional troubleshooting instructions provided by the representative I discovered my error in how it was meant to be set up. Their support representative was friendly and helpful and I can't stress enough what a pleasant surprise it was to get a response within a day over a holiday weekend.

We purchased this item and struggled to make the screen work with our computer. After many frustrating hours of plugging and unplugging, we reached out to customer service. Within a few hours, we had a reply and their team of experts narrowed down the setting issue, and solved the problem in no time. They subsequently followed up to make sure that everything was working as it should. Amazing team of technicians who know their stuff!

This doesn't work and they will not even refund me my money so basically I am losing 220 dollars
