I did get the actual plant, but significantly much ...
I did get the actual plant, but significantly much smaller than expected (which is fine). Instead of all the little vines with leaves on them, I only received one small vine with perhaps 9 or 10 little leaves, and 3 of them were rotten perhaps due to the long trip - thanks to the carrier choice which took 4+ days to get to me. The remaining 7 leaves feel coarse to the touch as if they are drying up and the soil in the pot, which is normally moist was almost dry on arrival. I am going to try to revive the little plant (will see in the next week or two). If it doesn't, I will seek a refund.EDIT - Weeks later:As I stated, I removed the rotten leaves, pour water thoroughly until the water drained through the holes of the bottom of the pot (was shipped with) and then placed it by the window for sunshine (It's currently 30 degrees weather in NYC but the room is normal temp with many plants which creates their own humid environment and plenty of sun light). I've been watering it every week (not letting it dry/keeping moist soil but not too wet). The little plant seems happy. It seems to be responding well and seems to have grown, perked up and the leaves seem more supple than when they first came (coarse and dry). Because the plant is thriving and looks beautiful, I would buy again from this seller. I can't wait for the spring to come and see the shoot up. Highly recommended.

Pathetic
Received a pathetic most likely dead plant after 14 days from order with only 4 leaves and some dead leaves in bag it was shipped in. Looks nothing like advertised photo. Will try to bring it back in next few weeks. If no new growth, will be returning for my money back.

A healthy young plant
This little guy is teensy tiny upon arrival. So you're adopting a toddler, not a teen. As long as you're okay with that, you'll love this plant. As always, it was packaged with care. Not a single speck of dirt had spilled during shipment, and my little baby plant is happy and healthy. Can't wait to watch it grow!

A little disappointed
A little disappointed on what I received, then again I guess that was because of my own expectations based on the video review. A few partially dead leaves, and 1 of the 3 vines looks like it was cut off. There’s a couple of tiny sprouts, hopefully we can work with those, and hope for the best with the 2 - 1” vines.

Weak, brittle plant
Came in the mail on time. However, the plant itself looked sickly and like it was ridden with disease. Looked like it hadn't seen the sun in weeks and there was no new growth. I've never got a plant in such bad condition. However, it was alive, and about 3-4 inches and it didn't look like it was THAT close to death. I made sure it was well watered and in some good light and it seems to be growing new leaves. I'm sure it will be beautiful in a few months time, but if you're looking for something beautiful right now...this isn't for you. If you're willing to nurture a little guy back to health, then it's a nice project to have, I guess.UPDATE: This plant kept losing leaves and was basically on the verge of death. As a last resort, I placed him into a terrarium hoping that extreme constant humidity would help. Now, the plant is thriving and has a lot of new growth.

Frozen plant and dirt
Our creeping fig came wrapped in only paper and no heat source during a country wide blizzard. The plant and dirt it was potted it was frozen solid. I immediately took it out of the frozen media an put it in room temperature media hoping it would make it. What a waste of money. Very disappointed.

Poor quality plant and shipping
Product arrived on time. Attempted to open the package to find almost all of the vines were stuck to the clear packaging tape. After preforming surgery just to remove the box I see they secured the plant in the pot with more tape. (from my experience it'll be wrapped in plastic before securing with tape. Now that both layers of tape have been removed (and almost every leaf on the plant) I see that when potting up the plant they left a very large selection of the root ball exposed above the soil and even the rim of the pot. Bare unrooted stem was preventing the plant from fitting in the pot. Plant itself (other than issues already stated) was very poor quality. Very leggy and mostly bare stem even before losing so many leaves to the tape. I've decided to abandon nursing this ficus back to health realizing that even if successful the end result will still be extremely ugly. Attempting to water propagate the remaining vines so not all money is lost.
