What a marvel this piece of tech is!!! I really can't stress enough. My initial thoughts when I saw the packaging was like - it's a simple package and I hope that the headphone is at least better. What comes in the package : headset, wireless receiver dongle, carrying pouch, USB charging cable and the charging stand. How it is to setup : 1) Setup the charging stand by connecting it into a USB A charging port. 2) Place the headset onto the charging stand - make sure you're putting the headset at the end that has the charging slot. Let it charge until full 3) Take the wireless receiver dongle (which is a type A USB port) and plug it into your computer's USB port. The operating system will automatically install the required drivers to recognize the hardware. 4) Take your headset and turn on the power switch and it'll inform you that the headset is powered on. 5) Go into the the sound settings on your PC and select the right output and microphone which will be the Voyager Poly 2 6) Voila - all good to go. Easy setup and no need to use the bluetooth at all. Calls are extremely clear and my office colleagues can tell there is a big difference in the voice quality and I don't have to listen to people telling me that I'm breathing into the microphone any more as was the case with my old earphones. There is even a beep that sounds when you're about to place a call. You can wear this headset all day without feeling uncomfortable at all. The cushioning around the earpads feels like heaven and there's even cushioning at the top of your head, where it rests. The head band is made of metal and has a premium feel and the other parts are made from plastic. The microphone can be raised when not in use, which mutes it automatically. There are volume controls are on the side where the microphone is and has a call answer/end button too. Sound quality while playing music is really crisp and clear. Even has volume level protection which warns you when the volume is too high so that you don't damage your ears. Weight is decent and does not feel too heavy or bulky. Connects to my smartphone quite easily too without too much hassle. Overall I would say this is a perfect product for work as well as for use with your phone using bluetooth. A big yes from me and would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The world has changed and I like so many others are now working from home. Team meetings are a daily occurrence and these can be awkward if my hubby is working from home the same day. Before using these headphones I was using my AirPods which worked well but over time became uncomfortable. These headphones are truly awesome and well worth the money. First of all they are incredibly easy to install, you have a tiny usb connector dongle that you simply plug into your laptop or computer and you get guided through the process seamlessly. You can them simply keep the dongle in and turn the headphones off and on as you require. They are fully adjustable and both my husband and I can wear them comfortably. The sound quality is fantastic, it’s just like being 8n the same room. The noise cancelling is perfect when either my children are at home or my hubby is working in the same room as me. The only thing I’m not too keen on is the stand, it’s fantastic that you don’t need another cable coming from the plug but I just find it a little awkward to place the headset on. It looks strange too. However I cannot fault the time the headset remains charged. I’ve only had to recharge them a handful of times. I know they’re a lot of money, but the saying is true, buy cheap buy twice. These are great and have seriously made my work life so much easier and my ears are so much happier too!

The biggest plus point of these headphones is that are really wearable. They sit gently on your head when adjusted correctly and don't apply too much pressure on your ears, whilst not falling off. The sound quality is clear and crisp but I am not blown away by it. People I have been speaking too have been impressed by the background noise cancelling aspects of them when I have had children crying in the background and they can't hear them at all. My biggest surprise is that a few times I have been talking in a normal level and have been asked to speak louder, which surprised me. I don't think the microphone arm is long enough potentially. They are also billed as being optimised for Microsoft Teams, which I use among most other video call software and actually on Teams, there was an issue on more than one occasion where I couldn't un-mute (activated by lowering the mic arm) and had to abandon using the headset to use my old ones. Overall they are a quality item with a couple of little things that annoy me occasionally but I am happy with them and would buy again thanks to the comfort and wearability

Didn't think my old head seat could have been beaten, boy was I wrong! In this crazy times of teams calls online working from home this made a massive difference. The build quality made it feel like a premium product and felt its made of good quantity materials. The feel on the head was great nice secure fitting but super comfy. The ear pads were also great soft and comfortable creating the perfect fit. Once connect to the laptop super quick installation. The sound quality is amazing and never once did the other participants on my calls say they could hear my background noise which is very difficult and distraing normally with my old set. Having the charge station is great and solid and having it always charge allows freedom of use. So far so good!!

After 2 weeks use the headset keeps disconnecting from phone part way though calls. Battery light also often flashes red indicating critical whilst audio prompt and app indicate that the battery charge is high (90%). Contacted Amazon to request replacement and was told I would have to return this and order a new one (at a higher price).

I got his headset after having used a wired headset for the last year and it restricting me to being sat at my laptop. Having a bluetooth headset is a breath of fresh air. I can connect to my phone to take meetings when I'm away from my desk, but the main use I have is with my laptop. I use the dongle to connect as the connect is more reliable. The stand it very useful as well, keeps the headset charged for when I need it, but also just somewhere to keep the headset when you're not using it. It's just neat, my OCD approves! The battery life is great, it's never given up on me. They ear pads and head pad are really comfortable. soft and nicely padded, not ear irritation. I wear glasses too and it doesn't create any discomfort like my old headset. The noise cancelling is good, not the best I've come across but I've been spoilt with my headphones and in-ears for music. Although it does keep the outside noise out well so does what it needs too. One thing I never knew I needed until I got this headset is the prompts to tell you you're on mute! It's amazing! changed my life (you know what I mean). You start talking, it tells you in your ear that you're on mute. Amazing. I like the prompts, but I also like that you can turn them off too. Personally I've kept them on. Moving the mic from your mouth, up to the top it mutes it, then when you put it back down, it unmutes it. Honestly, best thing ever. Massively recommend this headset. Seems pricy, but the benefits outweigh the cost.

I use this product for Zoom calls at work. It was very simple to set up. The connection has proved totally solid and the sound is crystal clear. The large, well-padded ear cushions make the headset extremely comfortable to wear even for long calls. The only small negative is that it can shift if you jerk your head suddenly for some reason. Highly recommended.

I used this product for conference meetings at home the sound quality is fabulous, they are not heavy like some headphones. I found the bit around my head was too big and so left a big gap around my head. The stand for charging is pretty neat just would be bulky if trying to take it with me to the office to charge it, maybe it would be a good idea if you he stand could possibly fold up making it easier to put in the bag with the headphones. At the price of theses I find them to be expensive and I would expect them to wrap around my head and fold up into a nice compact making them easy to transport around rather than them not being able to do this.

Ich habe das Headset gekauft, um auch online verfügbar zu bleiben, während ich mir z.B. Kaffee hole. Außerdem kommt mir jetzt kein Kabel mehr beim Tippen in die Quere. Die Reichweite reicht dabei, um mich in einem Umkreis von etwa 10-15m zu bewegen - trotz Wände, teilweise mehrere dazwischen. Ich habe es dabei noch nicht geschafft, dass die Verbindung unterbrochen wurde. Das Gerät war sehr schnell in Betrieb genommen (Dongle einstecken, Software installieren, fertig). Der mitgelieferte Ständer sieht gut aus und zeigt an, wenn das Headset lädt. Es sind Tasten am Headset vorhanden - außer Mute verwende ich allerdings keine. Die Passform ist angenehm, ich habe das Headset stundenlang auf den Ohren, ohne das es auf den Ohren weh tut. Das Noise-Cancelling ist mir schon fast zu gut - man hört von außen wenig. Auf Zurufe reagiere ich deshalb kaum noch. Die Sprachqualität ist äußerst gut, genau wie die Musikwiedergabe. Sie schlägt einige dedizierte Kopfhörer in ähnlicher Preiskategorie - Der Bass ist gut, die Höhen angenehm. Kleiner Negativpunkt: Die Software zeigt mir den Akku immer entweder als 100 oder 75% voll an. Tiefer habe ich es noch nicht zusammengebracht und vermute, dass es hier schlichtweg keine Abstufung in einzelnen Prozentschritten gibt, was ich merkwürdig finde. Ich würde mir das Gerät auf alle Fälle wieder zulegen - der hohe Preis ist durch die gute Reichweite und den Klang gerechtfertigt.

Es la segunda vez que compro este headset. La calidad de sonido es muy buena, además la cancelación de ruido es excelente, nunca se escuchan mis perros ladrando en el fondo. Como recomendación, bajen la app para instalas las actualizaciones de drivers y configurar las funciones.

I've been using this headset for work since March 2023, and it continues to perform just as well today as when I first purchased it. I work from home and spend most of my day on customer service calls and Teams meetings, so having a reliable headset is important. The standout feature for me is the noise cancellation. I have a Rottweiler at home, and while he doesn't bark often, it does happen from time to time. This headset does an excellent job of blocking background noise so customers aren't distracted by what's happening around me during calls. The sound quality is also excellent. Voices come through clearly, and I never have trouble hearing customers or coworkers during meetings. The controls are easy to use, with volume buttons located directly on the headset. Muting is simple as well. You can either press the mute button on the microphone or flip the microphone up. Battery life has been impressive. I regularly wear this headset for an entire workday, including phone calls and Teams meetings, without needing to recharge it. I purchased the version that includes the charging stand, which keeps it conveniently stored on my desk, but it can also be charged with a standard USB-A cable. My only minor complaint is that the original leather ear cushions can become uncomfortable after several hours of continuous use. I purchased fabric ear cushion covers on Amazon, and that completely solved the issue for me. After more than two years of daily use, this headset has held up extremely well. If you work from home, take calls throughout the day, or spend a lot of time in virtual meetings, this has been a dependable and worthwhile investment.

En usage environnement bruyant (chiens qui aboient), le casque ne laisse rien filtrer. Pareil, avec de la musique, télé ou console durant le télétravail, ces sons sont parfaitement filtrés. Il n'y a pas cette notion de coupure micro à chaque fin de phrase contrairement à d'autres casques, l'ambiance est continue. L'autonomie est excellente, on peut le recharger en USB C également, donc sans le socle. La portée Bluetooth est très bonne. Côté son, on a une bonne amplitude de volume, ce qui permet même pour des personnes avec un handi auditif jusqu'à surdité moyenne de faire suffisamment fort pour comprendre distinctement des tonalités, comme des lettres ou des chiffres épelés. Un excellent casque !
