The media could not be loaded. I debated over these for a long while, I didn't want to pay for ambilight.. but they are amazing...There's a little camera thing that goes on the top of the tv, but be honest I never notice it's there... its quite discreet and you forget about it.The app is easy enough to use, and there's lots lot fun settings you can do, but I've just left mine be since I set it up.The reaction times are pretty good, only the smallest of delays as you can see in the vid it follows what's on screen so well..It's great for movies etc.. but if I turn them off now it really feels like there's something missing - it's just a part of the TV now, its simply awesome..I have mine powered via the USB on the TV, so they are neat, don't need any extra power supply, and means they just come on and off with the TV which is simple - just forget they are there.It was easy to stick, I have a 55 inch LG TV and it easily fitted all the way round.Anyone debating if they are any good for the price, YES!

Having used fixed colour LEDs behind my previous TV, I was keen to try this product on my new TV.Installation of the LED strips is straightforward and the adhesive seems strong, so hopefully everything will stay in place. It's worth taking a bit of time to plan exactly where the LED strips should be placed and where cables are best routed. The control module also sticks to the rear of the TV using adhesive pads. The only issues I had were that the lead to the mains power adapter is a bit short so I can't currently route the lead where I'd like. Also, the camera fixing method needs a rethink by the manufacturer. Again self adhesive pads are used to fix the camera either at the top or bottom of the screen. However, many current flat panel TVs have very thin screens (mine is about 3mm) so the adhesive has very little to stick to, and any movement of the camera results in odd lighting effects as the calibration becomes incorrect. It would be useful if the manufacturer offered a few fixing options (or even a stand mount) for the camera.All that aside, once you've set the smartphone App up and turned the LED brightness down from 100% to a sensible level, you get a very nice effect that compliments the image on the screen. The LEDs respond quickly to changing scenes and the colour matching is very good.All in all, it is a worthwhile addition to your TV, just be prepared to spend a bit of time setting it up properly and possibly a bit of problem solving with fixing the camera.Quick update - I gave up trying to use the self adhesive pad to try to stick the camera to the edge of the screen. I found that a universal smartphone holder fits the base of the camera module perfectly, so I am using that mounted on a cabinet below the screen - it works perfectly and also provides a much better image of the screen for calibrating the camera on the mobile app.

This product is actually really good it works as it says and is exactly what I've been looking for.Simple to set up even tho it looked complicated.Great brightness and control settings.And the match up with sound works consistently.Almost perfect as most products are, the lighting doesn't always match the right colour on certain random ones but nothing massively noticeable or impact full.It was slightly to big for my current rv but again no problem you can easily sort it w the tools provided.The camera is a little annoying but hey idm too much when I get the lights up and working with whatever I'm watching.Overall a solid product if looking for this or similar items very close to being perfect but worth it 100% price is fair and looks great at night so yh would recommend.

First up easy to install, easy to configure brightness levels are brilliant, there's like a half a second delay but it's hardly noticeable, I mean for 70quid you can't go wrong , I've had govee lights before the 13.99 ones, unfortunately due to me moving I took them off the TV to re box it, so I decided to get this for the price I wasn't expecting much right, a wish version of Philip's ambilight...well guess what there not from wish straight out of box it felt like a premium peoduct, so easy to install I had no problems with and I'm not the most patient man but this was a breeze, plenty of YouTube videos if you get stuck. Like I said the only con was a half a second delay which ent really noticeable, now I left a video with me launching some games but I nearly had a childhood fit of pure joy when I was swinging in Times Square as spiderman on the PS5 I also watched black widow with it on. So impressed that I'm using govee to buy all my smart bulbs etc etc. The app has so many options I haven't got the time to list them all but all needs are being catered for the app is easy to install and easy to use, even for old fella like me, also I notice especially with gaming the picture pops a bit with a back light, it's also easy on the eye as in I play games for long periods and eye strain has always been a problem but not anymore. Really pleased with this purchase. If your sitting on the fence about getting it , don't dive straight in the water is lovely.
