I purchased this renewed iPad Pro for my dad, who was living with dementia and having an increasingly difficult time using technology. I was looking for a device that would be reliable, easy to use, and include accessibility features that could help him remain as independent as possible. One of the biggest advantages was Face ID. It eliminated the frustration of remembering or entering a passcode, making it much easier for him to unlock the device on his own. We also took advantage of Apple's accessibility features, which allowed us to customize the iPad to better meet his needs and make navigating it less overwhelming. The renewed iPad arrived in excellent condition and performed just as expected. It was fast, responsive, and gave us the same experience we would expect from an Apple device. This iPad became more than just a tablet—it helped my dad use technology with less frustration. If you're caring for an older adult or someone who benefits from accessibility features, this was an excellent choice for our family.

The iPad came in great condition. No scratches or defects. Runs perfectly good and is as a new ipad. Amazing price, best I could find on the market. I'd reccomend you buy this. Most iPads after M1 are essentially the same. This is the best value. Delivery speed was amazing, came within 2 days.

I purchased a refurbished IPad Pro 3rd gen 11in 256gig, and no doubt best purchase!! Ipad came in perfect condition, no scratches, beautiful display, FULL BATTERY HEALTH!! It came in less than two days as well! I will definitely be buying my future electronics from Chrome Source! Customer Service was quick, easy, and so helpful too!

Purchased it in Excellent condition, and it truly looked and functioned like new. There were no noticeable scratches or dents, the battery performs well, and everything worked perfectly. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

I looked into this seller because they were offering a great deal! For the price of a new iPad Pro with 128GB of storage from the Apple Store, I would be getting the same iPad but with double the storage (256GB)! I thought that this was too good to be true, and it unfortunately was. Having my hopes, I gave in to the temptation and ordered an iPad from this seller on Amazon. The delivery was fast. The iPad came in a generic cardboard box (as advertised) and with a generic non-apple charger (also as advertised). I was hoping to be one of the lucky few who got a brand new iPad with the original box and charger, but oh well I guess. I was still excited and happy to have my new iPad. I opened it and turned it on and it worked as it was supposed to. I set it up with my Apple ID and I transferred my old iPad's data over without a problem. I used an Apple pencil with it, I tried out the camera, the microphone, the speakers, the buttons, almost everything; it all worked as it intended to! I should mention that the iPad did come a little dirty, with a few black circles on the back of the iPad which I had to use a liquid and a towel to clean off (the screen was perfectly clean). The iPad also had a small, but noticeable, scuff on one of the top edges, so that was a bit disappointing. Either way I was still happy with my new iPad :). Later that day when I had drained the battery, I went to charge it with the generic charger that it came with. It connected for a few seconds and then it automatically stopped charging for some odd reason. I disconnected and connected the charger from the iPad a few times and the same thing happened over and over again. I tried different wall outlets and different chargers, and the iPad continued to have the same issue. That's when I realized that the iPad's charging port was faulty. I took it to the Apple Store in hopes that they could help me without paying for a fix, and they turned me away and told me that it was better to return the iPad to the seller. So that's what I did. I requested a return label, which took them about a week to send me, and I sent it back. I didn't get my refund until much later on (I don't remember how long it took them, but I'm sure it took them at least another week for the refund to show up on my account). In conclusion, I wouldn't trust this offer or the seller. They should've checked the device to make sure it worked perfectly, but they failed to do so with the device I received. Beware!

It came faster than I thought. It's working perfectly the screen has no delay, no scratches, looks like new.

Received in excellent condition. Great bang for the buck. Seller shipped item requiring a signature to minimize issues during delivery. As a current iPhone user, was extremely easy to setup with my same Apple ID and settings. Seller reached out to make sure everything was as expected - great communication.

Me llegó dentro de dos cajas, una de amazon prime y luego dentro de otra caja, con el iPad cubierto de una bolsa de aire (como en el video). Si lo van a comprar, procuren tener membresía de Prime para que llegue muy bien empaquetado. Ahora, sobre el producto, TUVE MUCHA SUERTE. Está como nueva, con dos muuuy pequeños rayones en la parte trasera que no afecta su funcionamiento. La pantalla, perfecta, carga bien (terminé comprando un cargador de Ugreen y no usé el genérico con el que vino el iPad). Procuré que fuera el modelo que yo quería que es el M1, y en efecto, lo es, tiene Apple Intelligence. Pude configurarla con mucha facilidad con mi iPhone y ya está sincronizada con iCloud. No me ha fallado, he hecho tareas, jugado un montón y he visto muchos videos en ella, está como NUEVA. La pila no le critico nada, me dura muy bien y carga muy bien. Otro punto muy importante era que queria que pudiera cargar el Apple Pencil 2, porque vi otra reseña donde no funcionó. Para eso, recomiendo comprar el Pencil de segunda mano para corroborar que funciona la carga magnética, y en efecto, tuve mucha más suerte porque carga y se enlazó sin ningún problema (si no funcionaba, tampoco iba a tener problemas). Es mi primer iPad y primer reacondicionado de Apple que compro, y valió cada centavo. Tengan mucha suerte y compren con PRIME. Además, recomiendo este modelo de iPad por calidad precio.

10 de 10, no subo fotos más detallas porque realmente mi producto vino en excelente estado, lo revise con 3utools y todo es original, la bateria incluso tiene 44 ciclos y si, es original, tiene como 2 pequeños rallones en la pantalla que ni se notan, porque son muy pequeños, el rendimiento es espectacular, aunque me daba un poco de miedo por las reseñas todo salió bien, pero ten en cuenta que esto es un poco de suerte y más que suerte, una ruleta rusa, por cierto lo compre a platinum deals.

Pues dejando de lado la caja de dudosa procedencia, cargador genérico y un pequeño defecto en el botón de sonido, cumple con sus funciones al 100 y si le sumamos el precio lo vale
