Franklin Sports Street Pack Backpack - Official NHL Hockey Equipment Bags - Authentic Logos and Color

I waited a few months to write this review so I could see how the backpack held up with my 8 year old. I'm pleased to say it's been great! Everything zips easily, strong stitching and the logo looks great. Very pleased!

I bought the canes bag for my 9 year old daughter and she loves it. It’s for school so we don’t use the stick holder function but if she used it for hockey that would be a nifty feature. She’s nearly high sticked a few people just holding her stick.I’m pretty impressed with this bags construction considering others that are officially licensed are cheaply made and extremely over priced. I think I might need to buy one for my 11 year old (different team, of course)

Well made backpack with official Pittsburgh penguins logo embroidered. Spacious interior with a divider section for a folder/book. Small outside pocket with a net divider to organize items. Thick cushioned shoulders straps. Overall very happy with purchase for my son who plays hockey but uses this for school.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend who is a huge Kings fan and he loves it! The quality is great and he uses it every day!

I received this bag on the occasion of my new commute - it's great to have your hands free when riding on metro. The canvas exterior is tough and should generally deflect a bit of rain and splash. There is an external pocket for quick access to small things - a few hockey pucks or tennis balls - that will save you time from searching in the roomy interior. The main compartment easily fits a lunch box and bullet-proof coffee canister, and a folder or two - if you're into paper, which I sometimes am. There is also a separate compartment that could hold a small laptop up against your back - which I'm only lukewarm about, as there is literally no padding with this pack - it is one layer of fabric on all sides, so you want to have a padded case for anything you carry, as it will land hard in a moment of generic klutziness! The interior fabric is the same as a few of our minimalist string backpacks, for reference.For exterior features - the exterior water bottle pocket fits any 12-ounce, crinkly-plastic bottle. The padded shoulder straps are comfortable and adjustable for most adult sizes, and there is a tiny clear pocket for small purposes like in case of emergency details or the mug shot of your favorite player. And lastly - there are the two external vertical straps that match up well with carrying a hockey stick - or lacrosse stick, etc. - it will get more germane use - it can hold much more than a sporting good - an umbrella, walking sticks, and yes, a cane. This is a backpack that gets the job done.

My son is in grade 2 and used the backpack for not even three weeks and the zipper went. The back pack was not overloaded, as all he takes is a water bottle and small lunch kit. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this backpack at this price for anyone.

Bought this last month and both zippers are broken already. Conveniently 2 days after return window supposedly closed. Don't waste your money on this backpack. Buy a better backpack and sew your team's logo on it yourself. For this much money you could buy two better quality backpacks!Can't find a way to contact the seller to ask for a replacement... My little guy is VERY DISAPPOINTED. He takes good care of his backpacks and has never had one last less than two years.... Until this one... The most we have ever paid for a backpack... I guess in this case the only thing you get for all the money is the licensed logo...Definitely do not recommend this product!!!

first of all, i was very surprised that it only took a week to reach me. ordered on july 18th...from germany....and delivered on 25th. the backpack itself is really nice and the quality i would say is very good. about the size...you can easily put in your 1L bottle, phone, tablet and its charging unit, a smaller umbrella.
