This jack is actually 3 1/2" high, when completely collapsed. If the golf cart has at least 3 1/2" beneath it, then it will fit.

No. I wouldnt trust it to jack up a bicycle.

Q: How long is the jack when it is folded? I would like to put it inside a 15 inch spare tire in the trunk of my car.

3 1/2" x 3 3/4" x 16" are the dimensions of the box it comes. That is about the smallest space it will fit into, including its handle. It is not quite 16" in length, so will not fit in a 15" compartment unless there is extra width or height in the compartment to angle it.

I doubt this is high enough to lift a durango. But i wouldnt trust it anyway. The screw mechanism bent just lifting a corner of my wrx, which is far lighter than a durango.
