I sent them back and went with a higher quality model. These were just bad all around

I was making roman shades for several rooms in my home and needed small cord locks. These were the only ones i could find that were small because i didn't want to buy large ones. They work great, although one does tend to stick on me when I try to open them shade. Overall, very happy with these.

These were too cheap. They arrived fast of course, but I tried to install the first one. I had to watch several ways to install it on YouTube.I made these Roman shades, and had intended to install these with them to make it easier to raise and lower the shades each day.I thought I did just what was shown, and for a little while..a week or so, it seemed to work…then it didn’t . And the everyday, it was like a battle to get the thing to work right. So I only installed the first one, and because it didn’t do well, I threw the rest away. These are too cheaply made, I doubt that it was the way I installed it. I wish I had spent a little more and gotten a better product…lesson learned I hope. Perfect replacement, but the seller should consider screws. The original screws on costly Roman shades were made out of mush, so I had to make a trip to the hardware store to compliment the locks. Four stars, but five with screws.

Don’t know what “stretch” and “sheerness” are, but these are sturdy, well manufactured replacement cord locks. Easily installed with standardized hole placements. And they are heavier than the ones that broke.
