It was extremely stressful to try to get them out, and painful as it was pinching and shredding the inside of my mouth. Thankfully I searched to see if there was any type of tool that removed them more easily and found these. They work great - made the entire experience of removing the trays 100% easier. I also found a YouTube channel called "TrayMinder" that had some good demos and info.
