I purchased this couch 2 years ago and lost a sectional of my couch when I was switching to a new apartment. When I explained the situation they were very understanding and helped me out. They were kind enough to send me the sectional free of charge and I only had to purchase one armrest. I love this couch and it is very nice, firm, and sturdy. Super easy to assemble and disassemble if you are switching places. Highly recommend it!

Furniture arrived within specified time frame, color and description were both spot on, except legs were described as being wood they are plastic, assembly was a non brainer.Of course the proof is in the pudding to see how they hold up to regular wear and tear.

We started by ordering one piece to make sure we liked it. Then we ordered a lot to create a large sectional. We ordered grey and were able to find four matching throw pillows at Target. We covered two pillows with cases from Ekobla on Amazon. My spouse commented on how well designed the pieces are, particularly in terms of fitting together easily. We had an issue with not receiving one item, but HONBAY's customer service (via messaging through Amazon) was speedy and excellent, and that one piece arrived separately the next day. We've been enjoying the sofa (and its storage), and we appreciate that it feels firm and supportive.

We love this set. We ordered another chair/ottoman to add to the set. We are ordering one more as well. Super easy and comfortable! LOVE the storage! For a small house/apartment this set is wonderful. Gives you so much for room with the storage and the size of the set. Feels like the big sectional sets without all taking up the room. Recommend for anyone who has a smaller home/room/dorm room.

TL,DR: If you want a modular set, go for this one, I highly recommend it!For the price and convert-ability, you really can't beat these modular pieces! We were ditching our old furniture and struggling to find a replacement that we liked that would fit our space well. We ordered 9 middle modules, 2 sets of arm rests, and 2 ottomans to make a large open U-shape setup. The pieces came impressively packaged and were very easy to assemble, we had the entire couch built in a little over an hour. There is some variability in the heights of the backs of the middle modules, but it's not super noticeable as they are mostly covered by the cushions.My favorite feature has to be the storage in each seat. This has totally transformed our living room! We used to have a big shelf with all our games on it (huge game family over here) that looked sloppy regardless of how we organized it. We moved all our games into the seat compartments and the room looks so much better as a result.The sections are easy to move (simply two drop-in style bars that connect the modules), which allows for quick conversions. We had a few of the modules set up almost like a bed for movie night and it was great!The seats felt a little stiff at first, but that's mostly because our previous couch was VERY worn in by comparison. They are comfortable and provide good stability. The cushions are soft and comfy as well. My only *slight* gripe is that you can't buy extra cushions. We ended up with 2 open spaces because of our setup. Certainly not a deal breaker, we have just been using decorative throw pillows to fill in the empty space.One drawback we've experienced so far is that our two cats seem to LOVE this fabric and try to use the ends as scratching posts. The snags are easy to remove and don't appear to be damaging the exterior structure too much. We've applied some preventative plastic sheets to the corners of interest and have our fingers crossed for now :)Two pieces were damaged during shipping. I contacted customer support and they sent replacement pieces right away. 5/5 stars for the raid response!Overall, I'd highly recommend this set if you are considering going the modular route. You really can't beat all of the options it allows!

The media could not be loaded.  The seats are somewhat firm, give you extra storage and change it to how you want it. Though the sides that you put on. I wouldn't sit on them can they can probably not hold weight but it's nice. I put a 30sec video of it.

The media could not be loaded.  This came today. Ordered just one piece to check out the quality before I move and order the full couch. Wow! The color is beautiful, the quality is outstanding and it’s so soft. I am sooo excited now!

I have a small space that a standard size couch cannot fit and these modular sofas were the perfect solution. I like that you can purchase the arms separate but I would like the option to buy a right or left only arm. I attached the before and after pic to show how a properly sized couch helped to transform my space. I rated a 4 for sturdiness since the arms should not be sat on. However it’s a minor price to pay for the convenience of being able to adjust and modify. I also got an ottoman to push up against it which will turn it into an extra guest bed. The quality is great at this price point. If you want a modular sofa but don’t want to pay the $5k price tag of having a Lovesac, these are a GREAT option. I’d definitely recommend!
