Marine D3 truly makes a difference! I took it sometime ago and noted decreases in blood pressure and cholesterol levels in my yearly exam and lab work results. For some reason I got away from the product but have recently returned following some not so good results from this year's exam and lab work. Stress had seriously taken its toll on my health this past year with both blood pressure and cholesterol levels elevating as a result. I have once again embarked on a healthier lifestyle that includes regular exercise, low carb diet and Marine D3. The Marine D3 gives me the energy to stick to the exercise program and I am already seeing reductions in blood pressure after only one month back on the supplement and I'm sure I cholesterol levels that will be validated by my next lab work in December. I love that it's a natural product and feel confident in recommending it to my friends and in this review.

I have been using this product for about 3 months and everything they claim appears to be true. After info from books I got here on Amazon, I have cut as much sugar out of diet as possible and with using the Marine D3, I have lost about 3 or 4 inches off of my waist along with losing excess fat over my entire body. I have not had blood work done since starting to use this product but am very interested to see the results once I do (I am of the mindset that stains are poison). My wife has started to take this product also, and appears to me that she is also starting to see fat loss also. Would recommend this product to anyone. I would give it five stars but nothing is perfect and I grade tough.

I started using Marine D3 after my brother told me his eyes had actually improved, confirmed by his optomists, after using it. Since I have glaucoma, I thought I would try it. My eyes haven't improved, but they haven't deteriorated further either. It is not known whether Marine D3 or my medical eye drops are responsible for this--or even the combination of both. Since I don't know, I continue to take it.On the down side, Marine D3 has gone up in price every time I have order it. It is too expensive and I imagine at some point I will have to stop buying it because of its price tag.

Initial this was touted as a product to reduce blood pressure. I think its important to note that if you are on medications you should probably titrate off them slowly and with physician oversight.I initially started it for lipid control and am in my 4th month of use. I will monitor my values for a total of 12 months but am continuing indefinitely as it appears to do what exercising and healthy eating cannot.Statins are not an option. These are just my thoughts.

All I know is that I first tried this supplement during the month of January 2013 and I was feeling pretty good. I discontinued it and got sick in mid to late February. I went for approximately 3 to 4 months without the supplement and now I am taking it again with good results....feeling better. My sister actually turned me on to this product and she has been using it for some time. She also gave me a tip to store the product in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.

I can't specifically report that I feel much differently after taking Marine-D3 for the last couple of years, but I can say that my vitamin D level and blood pressure are normal and that my HDL cholesterol is "probably the highest I've seen" according to my nurse practitioner. My triglycerides are very low. I have nothing else to attribute that to. My diet is good, but not great. I'm 62 years old and female.

Have been using this product for about a month. Seems to be helping both my husband and me, But we have also been working out and eating right plus my husband has started take a great Men's vitamin that's much much cheaper. However the price is a bit steep. That's the only reason I did not give it a 4 star. Got a phone call from a Rep. from the company saying I would get an email with a coupon to get $30.00 off my next purchase. Got an email with $30.00 off but it was for another vitamin. This disappointed me some what. Will I order more? Will have to take it longer to be sure.

Marine D-3 works well for me. There are many claims made for this product and I am not sure about them all. But I do know one thing it does reduce my blood pressure. My doctor was concern with my rising blood pressure. I heard about Marine D-3 so I thought I'd try it. To my surprise it reduced my blood pressure. I have been using it now for over a year now and it works consistently for me..
