The dumbbell set is great for both beginners and regular training sessions. It’s very versatile, allowing you to easily adjust and customize the weights into different setups like a barbell or kettlebell. Once the weights are secured on the bar, everything feels stable and safe to use. It also comes with a pair of lightweight workout gloves, which is a nice added bonus.

Be very careful with this one
Received this set of dumbells and a bar. Each weight was covered in sand or some other dirt. When I attached the weights to the bar - the whole thing broke from the middle and weights fell on the floor. The Dumbells also feel like they are close to falling off unless there’s a super minimal amount of weight. Because of the size I can only get a refund if I ship it back myself. Avoid unless you want dirty, used and faulty peoducts.
