I just received this book from pre-order and the recipes look so delicious and many seem easy enough to make. Mandi's recipes on her blog are already known to taste great and she gives directions easy to follow, so I'm really looking forward to trying every one of these. Can't believe this is her first book! Pictures for every recipe (very important to me), realistic recipes that I'm actually going to make, and easy to follow instructions. I already recommend it for you or as a gift for the tex mex fan in your life :)

I have followed Mandi on Instagram for years, so I was ecstatic when she got a cookbook deal! The cookbook lives up to the hype with a great variety of recipes with no fuss ingredients. The pictures are GORGEOUS and I love the division of chapters. The spicy pineapple margarita and the bourbon wings are my favorites so far!
