The patella stabiliser works well and I don't feel as much pain when climbing stairs. Only issue I had was the size; I bought a Small as my knee size was in the small range but I didn't factor in my quads size. So the velcro strap on my thigh is a bit too short and tight.

My daughter has hip Anteversion that pulls her knee out of trac during soccer. This has been a great help, and she can play in it without issues.

Best knee brace out there for knees that dislocate often. We're on our 4th one. Just wish the elastic lasted longer. We've tried other ones, but it's no wonder the ortho office only recommends this one!
