活躍してます。

下向きで勉強しているとついウトウトしたり集中力が続かなかったり。自分の場合、資格取得の為ひと通り知識を頭に入れた頃この商品が目に止まったので購入。最後の仕上げ(覚えられているかどうか)の時に高い位置に設定し復習に使用しました。机の上に資料を広げうつむき加減で復習していた時より目が冴えて集中力が続いた気がします。よく読書をするのですが軽いヘルニア持ちで、首や肩がすぐ辛くなるのをどうにかしたいと思い、本を読むときは低めの位置で緩い傾斜にに設定。ストッパーは分厚い本でもしっかりと止まりますが読書の時には使わず両手で軽く持ち、目線が平行になるくらいで少し顔から離して読んでいます。高さ、本の角度、調節幅がけっこうあるのでいろいろ試してみて、自分が1番読みやすい姿勢を見つけてからは首肩の負荷が軽減され本当に楽で。基本的なことですが姿勢って大切ですね。本の重さもまったく感じず読めるので、自宅で読書の時にとても重宝しています。作りはお値段を考えるととてもしっかりしています。重さはありますが、外へ持ち出すとか、持って歩くわけでなければ問題はないかな。いい買い物ができました。ありがとうございます。
