No clue..I tossed mine..it was dried up junk..contact the seller..good luck👍

None of these types of polish let you pick between the grit of polish you want do they?

Few different flavors but not grit. The good ones from the dentist are professional only. The cherry is not too bad but the grit is minimal and the consistency is soft. I like the cinnamon and tried to search the same brand as the dentists but it went to a professional only site and none of these Amazon brands have cinnamon.

What is the country of origin?

The Walmart site says Dharma Assorted Flavored Professional Strength Tooth Polish Made in the USA which includes the cherry flavor.

How often can you use it ?

Not everyday, maybe 3 times a week, seems to work ok..
