All four of mine we had to replace parts which was not easy. All of them spin but won’t heat up. They sent us new heating element and that didn’t work. Like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. I even videos all the machines spinning but no heat! Worst waste of money

A friend had one of these in his salon. The heating element failed. He brought it to me to take a look at - sure enough, the element is open. To fix this would be quite simple, but I can't get the part! Spoke with support and they refused to sell me parts for a unit that's out of warranty. Terrible company. Don't waste your money.

I purchased this color processor and a little over a year of use, the heating element broke/stopped working. Of course it’s not under warranty after a year and had to spend another $200 for the heating part. Still waiting for the part, it’s been almost 2 months and has not been delivered yet. Also had to wait months to receive the processor when I originally ordered it. Worst company to work with ever. My friend bought a much cheaper brand and hers is still going strong.
