I ordered these for icing after my knee replacement and they worked well. Easily moldable and hold the cold for a good while. They r thick and have some weight but it was ok.

This is my 3rd purchase of this product. I keep several on hand as I need them for my knees and arm. The product is so flexible and when I use it as a cold pack it revives mobility which I much need!!!! Wonderful product!!!

and there is no freezing burn on your skinl.I had this product years ago and have been looking for a replacement. Finally found it! It is soft and very flexible. I only use it for cold therapy on my neck and back and it retains being cold for over 20 minutes. The exterior packaging is very comfortable on my skin and took years before it even started to show any wear. HIghly recommended.
