Great Replacement Battery for Lenevo Ideapad 510S-14ISK
Needed a new battery for my school computer, as the original one couldn’t hold a charge for more than 30 mins. This replacement was great. Now I get about 3 hours of use before my battery gets low and significantly more time on standby. Also had no issues installing new battery, just be sure to check your computer model before purchase. Would recommend.

Good customer service
The customer service is amazing. The battery i ordered the first time began deteriorating after 3 months of use. I had to charge it often and get only few hrs of juice. I contacted dentsing and they recommended few troubleshooting steps which apparently did not help. So they sent me a new one without any cost to me. They apologized for the inconveniences caused and were very communicative of the replacement part shipment.Let's see how the mileage goes on the new one. I gave it a 5 star because of the customer service. I am not sure if it's the fault of battery or my laptop. But my laptop is only 3 years old (lenovo flex3) and i assume it's probably the battery.Update: the replacement battery is completely dead nearing 12 months of use. This product is of low quality.. have to lower the ratingsUpdate2:The customer service is excellent, they immediately responded to my issues and offered me an option to send a new one or a refund. I accepted the refund as i already tried 2 battery packs from them and didn't want to give it another try.I gave 5 stars for good customer service. The product may have been a bad batch or my laptop itself.
