Great Dropshot Rod
Great overall rod for dropshot fishing, I caught 2 smallmouth bass weighing 6lbs each on my first outing. The sensitivity and strength of the rod is amazing. This is supposed to be their affordable line as I didn't want to spend $300+ on a great rod instead I spent $150 on a great rod. Can't imagine how much different their higher end line would be. Love my new rod!

Poor Quality........
Broke on my 2nd trip with the rod. Very unimpressed. The top 2-3 inches just snapped in half when I was on my 5th cast of the day. Was expecting much more from this rod. Will be looking to send it back.

Awesome Drop Shot Rod.
I fish a ton and have put MANY rods to the test. Whether it be a Shimano, or G. Loomis rod I choose this Dobyns over them both. No other rod at this price point can honestly beat the sensitivity and durability this rod comes with. If you drop shot a bunch, this is going to be an awesome rod for you and you will be amazed with how much better you can detect bites.
