Not as easy as it looks but a good product.

Firstly I would like to say that the customer care with Champs is next to non. Very friendly and caring and making sure you are enjoying there product.The Boxing ball is firm and responsive and reacts well to light and strong punches. The head strap is wide and comfortable stays in place with no problems. The elastic can be adjusted in seconds. Great product and great fun even when it hits you back!

Having been drawn in by the amount of social media advertising this product has had (yes I am that gullible) I decided to purchase this for a bit of fun and light exercise. That’s exactly what I got. It’s fairly easy to use and you pick it up in no time however it’s not going to burn many calories or make you into Muhammad Ali. The ball is hard so you do run the risk of a nose bleed or black eye of you get it wrong which luckily I haven’t so far. The interest lasted a few days and no it is in a drawer somewhere.

I love it! I’m not big on exercise, but I will always go out in the garden and use my reflex ball I’m getting better every day, I love it even my husband is impressed…such a brilliant invention!! The staff on the facebook page couldnt be friendlier, no question was too small, they even checked up on me to see how I was getting on! So nice .. Give it a try you wont be disappointed. Emma

✅ Great product and easy to use.✅ Comes with training tutorials so you can build up your experience.✅ Head band seems to be really good as I thought it would bother me and move but it doesn't at all.❓The excess string to make the ball longer/shorter is a bit uncomfortable. I tuck it behind the head band so it doesn't bother my eyes but it often gets out. Perhaps if there was a pocket on the head band to keep the excess string still that would help. Not a major flaw overall.

It is a great exercise and you can have fun but if you use it a lot in the start your knuckles will start hurting for a couple days

Great product. I recommend using it with hand wraps or MMA gloves rather than bare fists. The ball is heavier and more solid than I thought it would be.Fast delivery and well packaged.
