Kenwood KAX950ME Food Mincer Attachment & KAT 001 ME KAT001ME Kitchen Machine Attachment, Aluminum, Silver

I have kenwood mixer for more than 6 years, but this year decided to upgrade with this mincer as I cook for my boys a lot of dishes using mince meet, in this way I prefer to buy nice meat and mince it myself. So far happy with the product.

My mother has an old Kenwood Chef from the 70's that is still in great condition and everything works, but the old mincer spindle was plastic and had cracked in several places, I missed the opportunity to get the direct replacement which had the metal spindle and now you just cannot buy them. So this is the next best thing, coupled with the KAT001ME attachment it fits and works, only downside being that this has more movement due to using the adaptor/convertor. It is secure though, no threat of the mincer coming loose or causing issues and it fully engages with the coupler on the Kenwood Chef. I like how this all metal and that the cover/lid can also be used as a collector under the mincer if in a hurry. I also found that it minces/grinds other ingredients well with the meat being minced for kebabs and burgers!

Purtroppo il tutto rende l’aggancio precario con l’accessorio che si muove troppo. Non ho capito il cambio di aggancio. Funziona per carità ma è un accrocchio
