For a fan that's on the smaller size it has a lot of "oomph"! This fan is REALLY quiet, solid, and vibration free. I had it on a low setting on my dresser and could gently feel it ON LOWEST speed 8 feet away. At the highest speed there is nice "white noise" and a surprising amount of air movement. The remote control is a plus.

I LOVE IT my roommate has the same fan, but I got mine a little bit bigger though 10 out of 10 worth it.

I've bought SEVERAL of these fans locally as gifts - and decided to order one for my mom who is struggling with hot flashes due to breast cancer treatment. Mine has been a lifesaver for severe hot flashes for a few years now! I lose far less sleep now that I can turn my fan off and on via remote, and it makes - literally - NO noise. The best setting is the one that mimics a breeze, alternating between a gentle flow of air to gradually growing in intensity, then becoming gentle again. SO perfect for nighttime! Its ability to go in pretty much ALL directions is fantastic, and it looks nice, too. Cannot recommend this fan enough. My personal one has been working for 3 years now - no issues. The one I purchased here on amazon arrived in perfect working condition & has not disappointed - mom loves it!

Bought for our firm's receptionist desk for our employee is always hot. Slightly higher than the 9.84" indicated in the description. More like just over 10". Our receptionist loves it because it is pretty much silent and the lower speeds are perfect for her. We both will be purchasing one for our homes.

Great for my dorm room! Got it on sale for 34 dollars and so worth it. It’s quiet and works well. Only thing I wish were different is that it only moves side to side unlike other Woozoo fans I’ve see but I still love it and it was a great price!

This is my favorite fan I've owned and the remote is fantastic. I have another Woozoo without a remote and I wish it had one too. This fan is small but mighty! It oscillates back and forth and up and down and is powerful. With 3 speeds it will cool your room down quickly....and you can adjust it with the remote so you don't even have to get up. It also has a timer for 1,2, or 4 hours time.
