Natex Reduced Salt Yeast Extract 225 g (Pack of 4)

When I was a child my friend's mother used to give us a yeast extract product called Yeastrel, which I bought for a few years until it was discontinued. In my local health shop I found Natex, which I think is a great replacement. I am addicted to it on toast when I'm peckish - it's not too strong or salty the savoury taste is just right.

We all love Natex in our house and much prefer it to Marmite which is the product you could liken it to. It is difficult to get hold of and I believe they are stopping making it soon so I think I'd better order some more.

Having to find a substitute for Marmite i found Natex with reduced salt so better for you, very tasty on rice cakes or any savoury biscuits. Worth a try.

This product is absolutely delicious, and being very low in salt, in my opinion is far better than Marmite, and tastier too....love it.
