When you need them, you'll be glad you have em. Was doing door hardware on pre mortised doors with a coworker & we had to widen out a few holes. These came in clutch 👍🏾

I use these to wallow out the hole on tires after pulling nails out of the tire. Allows me to have a bigger hole to insert a tote plug. The teeth chunk bits of rubber out way better than a common twist drill or that awful hand tool that comes with the plug kit

Yes, it would be nice to be able to convert a hole into a little slot. But the bits aren't quite sharp enough to cut a slot, but bend instead. Okay for tiny little slots (sufficient to accommodate swelling and shrinking), but it certainly doesn't let your drill press do the work of a router.

They sounded great. I was so hopeful they would work. These things are junk. They would hardly cut through sheet rock let alone wood or metal. They are also so brittle that they break really easy. I wish there was something less than a 1 star rating. Don't waste your money.

They work extremely well with hardened metal such as safes or I beam metals.

It's awesome
