RETICAREEye Protector 0215-B Screen Filter for 15.6" Laptop, 13.54" L x 7.64" H

The width does not fully cover a MacBook Pro. It is also somewhat frustrating to stick on without air bubbles (and therefore without contaminating it) because it is not sticky enough. I would like the manufacturer to give it a stronger adhesive for it look good and not dirty after finally fixing it on the screen.

I noticed a big difference. After about a half-hour of using my laptop, I usually get a pain in my right eye, but not after installing this product on my screen. Very happy with the Reticare Eye Protector for laptop so far.

Easy to instal. Effectively reduces glare and eye strain. Great value for the price.

I purchased Reticare Eye Protector 15.6” in store at Fry’s Electronics and I’m glad to see their products on Amazon. I really noticed a difference after installing this product. My eyes were relieved. I work in IT and I’m going to school. I spend hours in front of my laptop. I would get headaches from the eye strain/fatigue. I’m so glad I purchased this product. No more laptop induced headaches - just enduser ones. I bought one for my iPhone and at home standalone monitor. One bit of advice when applying to a laptop or standalone monitor search the web for “the hinge method” - there is a YouTube video. It made applying it to my laptop and standalone monitor really easy!

This company actually cares about your eye health. I don't understand the negative reviews. Watch the video for installation because the written pamplet isn't very clear. There are actually 3 layers when it comes. The Reticare is the middle one. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT!!

I think its great to protect your eyes nowadays because we are on computers and watching other screens almost 24/7. I like the idea of it, but first of all it did not even fit on my laptop 15.6'' 16:9 . The thing is you need extra room because you need to be able to clear the air bubbles, so it will never be a perfect fit. And secondly I think its pretty expensive for what you get and its a lot of work to apply it correctly and you will almost never be able to get rid of all the dust and whatnot. Therefore I dont recommend this, instead just buy computer glasses like Gunnar or Duco.

I was getting sore eyes so I sent for a reticare screen and what a difference it makes. Wish I had done it sooner.

El embalaje muy bonito. viene una lamina gruesa de plástico protegida con un plástico muy finito como de celofán. Creí que el plástico de celofán erauna hoja protectora y el plástico grueso el producto. Pero no. Pagas 31 euros por un plastiquito finísimo. Apenas si tiene adherencia, y al pegarlo se te forman infinidad de burbujitas. Trae una espátula de plástico para que elimines las burbujas empujándolas hacia los extremos. Pero ojo!! La espátula de plástico no puede tocar el protector de pantalla porque lo araña. Pare evitarlo trae una pequeña gamuza que debes colocar cubriendo la espátula. El problema es que la gamuza es tan pequeña que apenas cumple su función, por lo que por mucho cuidado que pongas terminas arañándola, y ademas eres incapaz de quitar las burbujas, por lo que te queda una pantalla arañada y llena de burbujitas. Si lo despegas para intentar ponerlo otra vez ya es tarde. Ha perdido la adherencia y lo que tienes es un plastiquito fino e inservible. Si te sobran 31 euros y quieres tirarlos a la basura, esta es una magnifica oportunidad. no lo desperdicies.

Excelente compra. Me llegó a casa el filtro de pantalla al día siguiente, tal como prometieron.Una vez colocado es una maravilla: no sientes ya ninguna molestia en los ojos. No sé cómo pude estar tanto tiempo sin haberlo instalado.Respecto a la instalación es fácil, pero conviene tener en cuenta los siguientes aspectos:Primero: ver dos o tres veces el vídeo en el que explican la instalación del filtro para que no haya dudas cuando procedes ha instalarlo.Segundo: es conveniente tener (o comprar) más toallitas para limpiar bien la pantalla. El paquete solo proporciona una, lo cual es totalmente insuficiente. Yo tuve que emplear hasta tres para que quedara perfectamente limpia.Tercero: a la hora instalar el filtro conviene hacerlo en un entorno limpio, donde no haya excesivo polvo o partículas semejantes, pues a la hora de colocar el filtro puede que alguna mota de polvo se cuele cuando estás fijando el filtro, creando una burbuja muy visible y molesta (a mi se me colaron dos, pero pude con cuidado quitarlas con la gamuza que se acompaña).Cuarto: Una vez instalado con la ayuda de la espátula y la gamuza es posible que, a pesar de todo quede alguna burbuja que otra, las cuales desparecen en cuanto pasas la espátula con la gamuza varias veces en dirección hacia el exterior del filtro.Luego solo resta quitar la segunda película protectora del filtro (lo cual es también muy sencillo) y listo.El resultado lo notaréis enseguida, es una gozada ver que ya no te molesta el brillo ni la luz azul fuerte del ordenador.Debe tenerse en cuenta que con la edad la luz azul de los ordenadores, portátiles, ipad's y móviles molesta cada vez más a la vista. Por ello es muy recomendable usar un filtro de pantalla.

Era un regalo para mi padre.Dice el vendedor que es para pantalla de 15.6 pulgadas como se aprecia en fotografía del cartón; la pantalla del ordenador mide 15.6 pulgadas (foto adjunta con metro) y le queda faltando un pedazo al protector!! 😡No es nada fácil de pegar!Un precio demasiado costoso para algo tan bajo de calidad!No recomiendo a nadie la compra de esto!
