Helpful for rotator cuff rehab
Saw this at my PT's office and decided to get one for home to use in rehabbing my rotator cuff. I use it with elastic bands. More stable and secure than using a door.

Strong
These are awesome. I wanted something I could use to elevate my at-home resistance band training and these were perfect. My basement studs are metal, so the install was a pain but it would be much easier with typical wood studs. These anchors are extremely sturdy and likely will never show any signs of movement.

Just as good as the Anchor Gym Mini
I got this to mirror a set of 3 Anchor Gym Mini wall anchors I already had so I could do two handed exercises easier. They are just as sturdy and work just as good while being half the cost. They are the exact same size and shape the only difference is the end of the hook has a ball shape instead of an anchor shape. Great for resistance band exercises and much easier to use than those foam door anchors. Bands are easy to attach and remove. These are a great product.

Heavy, Well Made
These are incredibly sturdy - we installed them in a stud of course, and they aren’t going anywhere. When I ordered them, I thought they seemed a little proxy for what they are, but they seem well made and like they’ll last forever. Well Made

The media could not be loaded. I really like the design and value. The coating won't damage the bands. Im considering another set for my garage.

Safe to hold bands
I did not like using the anchors that came with the bands that fit through the door. These are perfect. I put them in a stud in the basement where I wanted them. I feel safe using these anchors. Great idea. Make sure that they are anchored in a stud and not just sheetrock and I think they will be extremely safe to use.

Good quality.
Good quality. They are easy to install, depending on the wall type. It’s easy to get bands or tubing off and on and it stays on while you exercise. The hooks are smooth so they don’t present any damage to the tube or band.
