I too this companies prenatal vitamins while pregnant so it was a natural transition to these postpartum. I exclusively pump (my baby was premature and spent a month in the NICU, plus I’m told I have flat nipples) so I track every single ounce I produce. I saw a HUGE increase in my supply since taking these. I started as an under producer and now I produce over 50 ounces a day! I even gave some to my sister-in-law to try and after a week she noticed an increase in her supply as well. However, I should warn you, DO NOT TAKE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH! If I take these pills before eating I feel so ill.

I took the prenatals my whole pregnancy, and decided to buy the postnatal box as well. I went a few days without taking anything as I was waiting for the postnatals to come in the mail. As soon as I received my package today I took todays set of three pills and I really really felt a difference today, and feel like myself, and I haven’t felt that way for weeks.

I’ve been taking these supplements for about 2 weeks now and I feel a big difference in stamina and overall mood. I have been EFB for 6 months and I stopped taking my prenatals and started to feel my body slowly DETERIORATING…..I researched for the best quality supplement and found these across multiple cites. It’s 13 weeks worth of supplements and 3 pills a day: purple white and yellow I forgot what each one was but they are surprisingly easy to swallow all together. I saw someone do it and tried and had an easier time taking 3 at a time than I did my Natures Made prenatal! I also added calcium and magnesium from PURE but I haven’t been as consistent with those as I have with these. The main reason I started taking these was because I could feel my teeth becoming more sensitive due to breastfeeding and not having enough nutrients in my body. I’ve been experience some depressive symptoms due to sleep deprivation and lost a lot of motivation to care for myself and so my body was pulling nutrients from my bones… After 2 weeks I no longer feel teeth or joint sensitivity. My mood is relatively stable and I have much more energy now. If I ever become pregnant again I will make this brand my go to for prenatal care.

Ingredients appear comprehensive and packaging is easy to use but it made myself gassy and my baby so gassy/fussy I can’t use.

I’ve been using these for 4 months now and think they are a quality postnatal supplement - especially since I don’t have to use a separate vitamin D supplement for my baby. However, I’ve ordered these twice from Amazon and now understand everyone’s problem with the packaging. The first order (red gel capsule) was fine and easy to peel open, no issues. The second order (yellow gel capsule) is terribly difficult to maneuver - I’ve even cut myself trying to rip the plastic from the covering. Not sure why the difference in pill colors and packaging issues? Will probably continue to use because they are a quality supplement, but packaging is definitely hit or miss.

I have this product in a subscription because it’s so good. I use the maternity ones my whole pregnancy and then I use the lactation vitamins because I’m a breast-feeding mom my baby’s vitamin D is good and his iron levels are amazing. These vitamins are really good. The quality is really good. Also, I know some people say they are a little pricey, but they’re worth it.

UPDATED TAKE 2 (4/18/24): The box I had on hand which had a later expiration date (9/2024) also failed before the expiration date. The company does not care. I have gotten the run around. So, I submitted to the BBB. I wish I would have read up on their company on the BBB before purchasing. You would think they would want to know the problems of a certain product and LOT; that something in production is not working. Sadly, they do not care. So, that right there is a reason to be VERY skeptical of the quality of all their products. Updated: made a review of product failure. No contact from seller. Called direct to manufacturer as listed on box, explained situation, gave Lot and expiration date. I am still waiting to hear back after two weeks. DO NOT BUY THESE. COMPANY DOES NOT CARE. This lot has failed. I have three left but I was taking them like this for a while until they started looking even worse. The supplements are splitting while still in the packaging. I would like to receive a refund for these. Otherwise these have been great. I have one more package that expires in 9/2024; they look ok for now.
