I have been suffering from severe cracked heels and have tried regular socks to keep my feet covered and moist . That hasn’t worked in the past! Bought these silicone things and wow ! I rather use it during the day and not sleep with them on . I have to say with only one day of use my heels felt a lot better . Of course they are still cracked but the moister from my cream was locked in there all day making it feel much better during the night time . I am very self conscious about the look of my heels so I stopped wearing open shoes . Maybe after a few weeks this will change .I feel it will make a difference . The material is good and strong . Comfortable to wear even all day like I did. Wear socks if you are barefoot at home because it is slippery on tile floor .

They're not a forever product. In two weeks on the streets of Brooklyn they were mostly dead, but what weren't were my feet. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which makes my skin tear easily so my shoes constantly and painfully destroy the skin around my Achilles tendon. These completely erased that problem.They take a second to get used to because there's a small spring from the cushion, but it didn't take long. They also heat up to your skin quickly so they're not uncomfortable that way either.If your shoes are tight, you might want a shoe horn just to help keep them from sliding only when shoving into your shoe. They didn't seem to migrate after that.

These silicone heel things are great for cracked heels. My heels are nice and soft now. They did absolutely nothing for my heel pain due to plantar fasciitis. I don’t understand others who said it took the pain away instantly. I wore for an entire day just hoping it would eventually work. Not even a little bit. Again, great for dry/cracked heels though. If that’s what you need. Which is why I’m not giving this 1 star.

I am wearing them to lesson the pain of plantar fasciitis and a heel spur. They have helped me heal. When they are not on, my feet hurt more. They have maintained their shape for the most part through a year of daily wearings, rotating 4 pair, even if discolored a bit. I will continue buying this product.

I love these- where have they been my whole life?! Wore these to Disney world and had no pain- no blisters…it doesn’t do anything for me being out of shape but least my feet didn’t hurt lol.

Not very durable. Grabs at socks when trying to pull over the heel. I purchased knitted heel guards with these built into them. Now that worked fine. With these you need to use powder to help get your socks over the heel!

They were great in the beginning, very cushiony and protective and stayed on heel, but they stretched out and rode up on heels inside dancing sneakers. Did not hold form after about 4 times of wearing.
