Its closer to a 3.5 but I selected 4 stars for the all metal construction.
It can be taken apart and put back together if you have the tools and a little bit of handy skills. I know this because I had to do that because the saw and knife were a bit loose and neither fully locked. I took those off and files them down with a file set I got from a big box store. It wasnt too hard to put it back together once I figured out a system. I was able to get the saw and knife to be sturdy and lock safely. $20 isnt bad but maybe you can find it cheaper. Its a standard utility knife with extra features but those feature increase failure points. THis version has edcfans printed on the side and I am not sure if that made it more expensive. I think $15 is a better price since its made in China. It could probably be sold at $10 and still make a decent profit.

Cuts just right
Love the safety on the cutting blade (comes with extra blades) and the design as it has a strong hold when in use. A little heavier than I'm used to for a utility knife, but feels great when forcefully cutting cardboard boxes. The screwdriver feature is an added bonus that has a Phillips head on one end and a flat on the opposite side of the bit. So far it's awesome and really gets the jobs done I needed it for. The carrying case is another plus

My every day carry knife now
What can I say.....a razorblade and a knife in one unit? Pure perfection for every day carry. The knife is well built and very solid.....I even had to use it to gut a deer because I had left my regular gutting knife at home by accident and I was able to easily do the job. This knife is well worth the price...I have bought a few more for birthday presents!

WILL fall apart if you don't tighten the screws regularly.
Nice enough build, fairly sturdy. Unfortunately, it's held together with fairly small Torx screws, and even a simple carry like your front pocket will cause the screws to loosen. When they do, the knife blade will occasionally slip out and, if you're like me, slice right through the pocket of your pants. Not my EDC anymore. Now it sits on a shelf, with all the other tools that aren't safe enough to carry.
