ConverseUnisex-Baby Kids Ox All Star White Sneaker - 10

I only rated one star because I had to to write a review. As a long time customer of Amazon's, I am thoroughly disappointed in the way they handled my situation. My three year old son was in a wedding two weeks ago and part of his outfit was white converse. I couldn't find plain white in stores anywhere, but every other color and pattern was available. I TRUSTED that Amazon would for one, have them and two, would get them to me in a timely manner. They did, but when I received them there was one shoe in the box. When I called Amazon Customer Service the representative informed me she would send a prepaid package label to send the one shoe back and send out a free pair of shoes for my trouble. Two weeks went by and I had neither. I just called back this morning and the label was never sent, and "she's not sure why the representative would offer a free pair of shoes because they can't do that." Meanwhile I had to call a local Journey's and have them special order a pair of shoes, and have them shipped overnight so my son would have them for the wedding. I am appalled that this is how they treat long time customers and will not be doing any further business with Amazon.

I wanted to get my daughter a nice summer sneaker and found these. Granted, they are probably going to get FILTHY, but they look cute on, go with SO many outfits/dresses and she seems very comfy in them. I did go down a size because I know Converse run big and they fit her perfectly. We walked around the zoo the other day for hours and she was just fine.

3 year old wore these for 1 day and the rubber area at the toes unglued. She is constantly tip-toeing but I would believe the glue would last more than a day.
