Having tried a friends pair I just had to get some . I bought the 70cm pair for up to 8" wrist circumference ( mine are just about 7.5" ) I found they greatly improved my grip and control of the bar when deadlifting , and gave me the confidence to put more weight on. These are a well, made quality product. Super strong with no issues. They were delivered very quickly , I'm pretty sure within 48hrs of ordering , which was great. I thoroughly recommend them and at this price you can't go wrong really.

This is an extremely well made product, very strong but still a comfortable material. I bought the 70 cm option which proved to be perfect for lateral pull down work and allowed me to train with heavier weights. For dead lifts I would probably recommend purchasing a larger size for male lifters - the 70 cm option was perfect for my girlfriend on dead lifts. With a larger size any excess length could be eliminated by twisting the straps so I recommend buying large !!

SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THESE EARLIER. I've stalled on my Deadlift for a while now (my Squat has almost caught up!) and have tried various straps and grips to move past it. Hook grip works for my warm up sets (too painful for working set!). Switch grip is better but left hand (I'm right handed) still suffers. I've never been able to get on with the wrap around the bar straps. So finally I ordered these Figure 8 straps. Wish I had done it sooner! My Deadlift has been stuck at 120kg for 5 reps due to grip. With these straps I easily pulled 125kg with no issues. So much so that I tested a couple of 1RM singles after my work set. 150kg single pulled with no issues! Can't rate these highly enough, 5 stars!

I bought these for max deadlifts and other exercises such as pull ups and heavy rows once my grip is spent. Nice quality, the stitching and labels don’t have any edges to dig in and they are very comfortable. My wrists are 6” and the small size fit very nice and snug. So the sizing is accurate too. Very good for the price, comparable to my mates Rogues.

I have 7.5 inch (19mm) wrists and bought the 70cm straps as my forearms are getting sore which I think is tennis elbow. So I bought these to help me grip an olympic bar and carry on deadlifting and they work surprisingly well. I've never used straps before and these allowed me to get a good grip of the bar and keep lifting heavy.

Absolutely fantastic set of straps. Managed to pump up the PB reasonably concictantly since using these.

After using straps for a few years and moving over to these, I find it much easier and quicker to set up the bar and remove the slack for deadlifts. Very comfortable too. Also great for shrugs.

I recently got these straps to help with my Deadlifts when my grip strength would go. I absolutely love how comfortable they are, and how easy the set-up is! I highly recommend these if you are looking for comfortable and durable straps for all your lifting.

Has definitely helped me on deadlifts and back days. It took some time to get use to how to set them, but after that, they are amazing. A long while later, very happy.

IF YOU'RE QUESTIONING THE SIZING READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE ORDERING. OVERALL QUALITY IS GREAT, NICE STITCHING AND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPHS ARE NOT MEANT TO DENIGRATE THE PRODUCT. Male lifter, 245 and wrists are around 7.25 inches. After reading multiple reviews stating these straps fit looser than expected I ordered mediums. Received these a few days ago and played around with them on a narrow diameter bar I keep in the basement; they seemed rather tight. Finally got a chance to try them on a full sized barbell and can confirm that they're too small for me. If I use a thumbless grip I can just get my palm over the bar but it's too high up in the hand. I suspect the issue is my hands being relatively meaty (I can close a #2 CoC several times). Since these straps have to run across the hand any extra volume there will take up slack. If your wrists are over 7 inches and you have big hands jump up to the larges.

Bought and have used the figure 8 straps. Excellent when deadlifting. Much better than the regular straps I used to use that would fail me when my grip went completely. This keeps you attached to bar even when your grip has completely gone. I was initially concerned with the sizing - my wrists are 7 inches and I bought the medium size (70cm) which caters up to 8 inches. However, one twist of the straps and they were a perfect fit. I will follow up in a few months and see how they hold up with being used 2 days a week, but so far - an outstanding product. Wish I'd bought these years back.

Habe bereits seit Jahren die Ledergriffhilfen von Cobra Grips verwendet und war damit sehr zufrieden, weshalb mir die Wahl nicht schwer viel, als ich mir noch ein paar Figure 8 Straps anschaffen wollte. Die Straps machen einen wertigen Eindruck, sind angemessen komfortabel und optisch ansprechend. Beim Kreuzheben konnte ich mich wie erwartet voll auf die Straps verlassen, die Griffkraft spielt mit diesen Straps wirklich keine Rolle. Wenn man die Hand etwas anwinkelt kann man die Finger sogar lang machen, die Hantel hält trotzdem, wenn man zufasst also bombensicher. Die Verwendung ist wie bei anderen Figure 8s schneller und einfacher als mit herkömmlichen "Lasso" Straps, weshalb diese Art Griffhilfen dort wo sie erlaubt sind mittlerweile das Mittel der Wahl auch für Weltspitze Strongmen ist. Für den richtigen Gebrauch gibt es auf Youtube mehrere Tutorials. Die Größe hat bei mir auch gepasst wie beschrieben. Alles in allem lässt das wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig.
