We love the motorized awning and it works great, looks fantastic. I did receive the awning without the electrical switch and I contacted the retailer and was told they would contact the manufacture and get back to me. I had to purchase another switch from another source to be able to use it right away. After we got back from our trip I contacted the Amazon retailer and told them I had to purchase another switch and they refunded the cost of the switch in less than hour. I appreciate the super quick response.
