The book was more than used, it was actually falling apart so I requested a refund to purchase the ebook on kindle.

I was a little hesitant to buy this book because it was listed as being in "good" condition but personally I believe it's in great condition! The cover is completely attached and doesn't look used much. There's also no writing in the book and it's in ver good shape. Happy.

Good basic health education book. This book gives a good overview of the processes of behavior change, and principles that can be used over a variety of disciplines. Easy to read as well.

This book covers the bare basics of health promotion and education. It is mostly didactic and will not teach you real-world application.
