Easy fix
Thankful Peg Perigo makes replacement parts for refurbishing the Polaris Razor! I have had the electric car for 5 years now, i have replaced a set of wheels, a few batteries, and now both rear-end gearboxes! The car still keeps going! I dropped the rear-end open, took the old gearboxes out and put in the new ones in. Just pay attention how you plug in the electrical cable to the gearboxes, make sure you place it in reverse and verify the wheels move in reverse as well as test the forward speeds 1&2. When I hooked up the electric wire harness to the gear boxes, the wheels were not spinning in the right direction according to the gear shifter, so I just switch the cables around, after that, the car was all set, it took me 20min of work to install……add another 15min to remove the bottom rear-end. Good Job Peg Perigo!

Replacement for Polaris RZR 900
I bought a second hand Peg Perego 12V Polaris RZR 900. After sometime one of the original motors stopped working so the car didn’t go in reverse anymore. It’s recommended to change out both motors so I went ahead and ordered this. Instructions were decent (though a little hard to read on the printed paper) but we figured it out and so far so good- running smoothly.
