No, the lining is synthetic and melts when exposed to flame. The outer fabric is natural since it chars and doesn’t melt. The outer fabric does have a backing fused to it that appears to be synthetic, you can’t the backing unless you cut through the lining. The outer shell might be 100% linen but in total it’s only about 33% linen (if it even is linen and not cotton or something).
