Quick and quality
I’ve never had a HP printer before but have used other HP products and always found them to work really well so I had high hopes for this OfficeJet Pro printer. And I’ve not been disappointed yet. It was extremely easy to set up, considering it’s more high tech than just ‘plug in a USB and go’ type. The only problem I had with setting it up was getting the plastic covers off the ink cartridges, but that’s more to do with my disability than the actual product. It’s a bit bigger than I expected it to be which means it won’t fit in the space where the old printer was.I’ve used my laptop and my phone to print and scan items, and it’s worked smoothly and perfectly each time. And the double-sided printing feature works so much better than my old printer which meant I had to figure out how to re-insert the paper the right way; this does all that for you! The scanner is quick and the fact I can easily get documents onto my phone will save me so much time when I need to send something quickly. The print quality for pictures and photos is superb, I won’t have to go elsewhere to print photos now as I can just do it myself. The touchscreen display makes it easy to access functions too.I’ve already had my first replacement ink cartridges as part of the subscription service and as I’m just a casual printer (I don’t have a business or work from home), the lowest level of subscription for future cartridges seems like really great value for money. I like that you can choose and adapt your subscription level based on your personal needs.

Decent budget printer
It was a little bit of a kerfuffle to setup for the wireless printing but nothing too taxing for anyone who's set something like this up before, and the instructions are relatively simple to follow. Printing quality is fine for every day needs.. Haven't used it enough to be able to inform on its ink usage as printing is only occasional in this household.

A good cheap upgrade
I like HP printers and this 1 was easy to set up. My only problems were putting the black cartridge into its slot to b recognised. I needed to b more aggressive and printer said all 4 cartridges were installed. My next problem was getting old printer from being 1st default printer. Chatbot aided me in help section from hp smart app sorted. Everything worked fine scan, printing sending scan to my email. Loading paper was same as old printer. But just pull out tray fills then slide back in. Wifi is real strong here so no probs connecting and staying connected. It's a mix between printer and starter book to install. The design is nice just like amazon pic. I think photo printing is v good. Never tried envelopes or multiple document scanner. Auto duplex works v well. Ink cartridges 3 color and 1 black just click into place no need to b me v gentle wen inserting them. Great value for money. Highly recommend this printer. Comes with 3 months free ink to enrol. Which I did don't need any proof as new printer. I use hp 80g plain paper wen print or hp photo paper. So far no jams.

Awful,
Awful, more issues than I could even type. Looses connection constantly , always just ‘fails ‘ near on impossible to scan something to the computer without it failing for some reason or another . Takes about 4 minutes from when you click print , to an actually print , been on the phone to tech support non stop .

did not complete set up and has been returned
The yellow set up cartridge included was faulty so could not complete printer set up; HP telephone support tried for 40mins but failed to resolve and did 'kindly' offer a refurbished replacement!?!HP you really think you can fob off and disrespect customers with this 'policy'.I was also told that this issue has 'happened before', so nothing new etc. Conclusion so far : bad quality/manufacturing defect and very poor HP customer 30 day policy. This printer was straight out of the box and did not even print one page.Instead I've just returned to Amazon and now awaiting the replacement. So far only 1 star, let's see if the replacement works..... otherwise a full refund etc

Set up a nightmare and constantly loses wifi
Ok so I bought this printer which looks ok but is mental to set up, you MUST use the HP app, and adding to wifi, well its hit n miss, when it does work its fine, however most times you need to reset it up or add it again as often it dosnt connect esp first time. Now as to inks and print quality, on Inks you MUST use genuine HP ink, compatable inks will not work, the printer knows...and just dosnt accept the ink, so you are kind of forced to buy the ink subscription, and that will see you ok BUT only if your printer is online and actually orders your next ink. Now Print quality is fine, although if your not using the printer a lot, the printheads need flushed, the ink dries up and so for quite a few prints the ink is feint and hardly readable. In all the printer looks ok but it is an HP and there are so many better printers for the same or less money with better ink options so look at those first and only buy the HP if you enjoy hassle, grief in set up, and managing connections a lot and tie in to HP ink. Good luck.
