Danger! While this product came with everything advertised and came on time, I cannot recommend this serving set. All was well until I started putting the lids on. The edges are so sharp that they will cut you before you are even aware, they are like razors. Even after seeing the cuts they gave me and being super careful, to include using a towel to open and close the lids, they still got me. I just picked up a pan to move it and it cut my palm. I have cuts on my arms, just from carrying them from the car to the setup area for our picnic. One of the volunteers cut his fingers opening one of the pans. And the worst time to have any cuts on the tips of your fingers and all over your hands is when you’re dealing with food. Buyer seriously beware.

Wow!!! What an awesome deal!!! These did not come with the sternos but since I live overseas (APO/FPO address) I was specifically looking for a product that didn't so they'd ship here. I received an email stating they could not ship this to me and then immediately after I received a second email stating the package was on the way. I cannot wait to use them for my son's birthday party. Thank you!!!Update... Awesome!!! I used these at my son's party and they were awesome!!! Everything stayed hot and nothing burned. Just watch your water level... I over filled some of mine.

Impressive packaging to prevent damage. Excellent Quality, Came with Lids for the 1/2 pans and Serving Utensils. Party Perfect and Ease

I wish I could return it but I opened it the day of my party and tried using the utensils. the tongs are bad, they don't pick up food, the food will slip off or just won't grab. a few broke from the beginning of the party. The warmer stands are okay, the ones at Costco are made better, durable, and will last longer for much cheaper.

..... of the set, however, the utensils are not the quality I was hoping for.All in all though, I was very happy with how this set performed and held up during use.
