Powerful Earthy Tea: More than just a weightloss supplement
Have been using it along with a balanced diet (consisting of mostly greens, some fruits, no processed carbs, and lean meats) + regular exercise and am seeing positive changes. Specifically, I am experiencing less bloating throughout the day, and am having at least two heavy bowel movements each day. So lets see. Where do I begin.Instructions:When I first got the package, the instructions recommended i drink the tea after two of my meals; within 10 minutes of completing my meal and while the tea is hot. I made the silly mistake of drinking a cup of this tea following my lunch, and my dinner. NO! Never doing that again. I had a slight bowel movement within 4 hours after I drank my first cup (after my lunch). The next bowel movement occurred around 3:00 am. I woke up with insane colics (I don't know if me sleeping and my body being in a completely relaxed state, facilitated the tea to work its magic with a stronger effect; regardless, never drinking my tea after dinner.) I am now taking my tea after breakfast and lunch. Am having bowel movements twice a day (when I used to only have 1 bowel movement every 3 to 4 days)Taste:I let my tea bag rest in my cup for at least 10 minutes before i drink it (i want it to be as dark as possible) The flavor isn't gross, but not tasty either (has a very earthy flavor...kind of like green tea meets dirt). I dont put any sweetener and simply try to chug it down as quickly as possible.I have a tendency to develop hemorrhoids, and this tea naturally softens my stool; thus, I am no longer experiencing hemorrhoidal discomfort. I feel fantastic actually.So overall I do recommend this tea if you actually combine it with a healthy diet and regular exercise (that can mean a light walk everyday if you live a fairly sedentary lifestyle) I will continue to drink this tea. And absolutely delighted with my purchase.

Great product!
I was skeptical at first because there are so many slim teas out there, so i said what the heck lets try it. Okay so if you drink two a day you will be running to the bathroom every time after your meals. Remember the more concentrated the tea is the better results, plus do not add sugar, it does not taste good but its not horrible. It was a bit funny to me, at work i had to apologize to the ladies when they would use the restroom after me. Yes, its that good, as far as cleaning your body. After using it for a week my stomach was completely flat.I will come back with results after a month to see how much weight I have lost.Good Luck!

This tea is amazing. It has helped me loose a lot of weight. From 185lbs to 143lbs. With proper diet, occasional cheating here and there i look amazing. I am a size 4 now. Cant beat it. I drink it faithfully everyday after major meals. This tea is awesomeUpdate 02/15/2018: I am now a size 2. Great Product
This Tea works very well. I initially used this tea twice a day and along with Diet and excersize it assisted me in losing a lot of weight. Now I will have this tea once a day and it helps with maintenence and regularity. It was recomended to me by a friend ......I totally am sold on this product!!
