DO NOT BUY! Terrible!!! I used to love these bulbs. But this year there have been ongoing outages when using them with Alexa. It is a Sengled problem not an Amazon problem. There was a work around with the smart Things app but that has now stopped working. And within the last few weeks they won’t even work with the Sengled App. I have about $300 in Sengled bulbs that are useless as a smart bulb. Ridiculous!

Do NOT EVER BUY... Had these Sengled bulbs, color and reg white for years. Bought a ton of them. Nothing but problems. Hard to connect, disconnects constantly. No Cust Support. June 2025, ALL Bulbs stop working, Sengled App won't work. customers on Amazon, Reddit, all over internet can't use bulbs. won't work with Alexa on Google. Totally useless. Sengled cust serv not responding. Down for almost a week. No info on website, FB or Amazon saying sorry, there's an issue. Nothing. July 2025, again bulbs stop working, this time, Senged App works but Amazon Sengled Skill just disappears. Then it comes back. try to use with Alexa, says to enable skill. Skill will not work, fails every time you try to enable. On Sengled App, it trys to connect to Alexa and fails. Down for days again. Still not working. I've had to buy new bulbs, all made by Govee this time. 12 Bulbs made by Sengled- all useless P.O.S. Look online complaints everywhere. You can't even use these and Amazon Still selling even tho they don't work. Not compatible with Alexa and their own app never works. Amazon stop selling these! You should refund your customers! JUNK!

I have owned several wi-fi smart bulbs. They all pretty much work the same. You plug them in, connect through an app, then find them in Alexa (if you are using the with Alexa). I have a bias towards only needing one app, so I prefer the Tuya / Smart Life devices so that I don't need 50 apps on my phone. That being said, I had th Singled app on my phone for another device, and these connected flawlessly. That is a plus, as sometimes I find I have to do multiple attempts when using the Tuya/Smart Life generic bulbs. The bulbs are plenty bright, and work well with Alexa. Alexa had no problems finding them and adding them to the devices. Also, I appreciate that I was able to screw in all four all bulbs to my fan/lamp at once, and did not confuse the app when it saw 4 new bulbs (as opposed to 1 at a time). I would never have dared to try that with Tuya / SmartLif.e. The bulbs are plenty bright. They respond well to Alexa commands, and work as advertised.

Never works the first time setting up, I also don’t remember having to set up the Sengled app the first time I bought these. So one more app. So far it’s outside on a covered porch and it’s working as expected.

DO NOT buy these WiFi bulbs. They worked for a while with Alexa. Then we got a notification from Amazon that Sengled is having issues with the software of these. They are fine with the wall switch, but nothing with Alexa. Sengled has no response to my inquiry. Amazon is not offering a solution either. Bluetooth bulbs are fine.

I'm a tech guy so the install, for me, was really quick. Each bulb takes about 5 minutes, tops. Found that the Sengled app and the Alexa app worked fine together and ran into zero issues. I can turn all the lights on with 1 command or shut down individual lights with the bulb name "Bulb 1", for example. Really impressed. I bought the regular non-soft white bulbs at first and returned them for the "soft white" and they look great. I can't tell the difference between LED lights vs non-LED anymore. No harsh light, just a pleasant softness. I just wish I checked the equivalent wattage-to-led brightness. Its not a BIG deal, it works for what I am doing - I have three lights in my living room using these which is fine. But if I were going to use the hallway lights I may opt for a stronger LED shine like a 100 watt bulb would provide. Again, not a dealbreaker. Highly, highly recommend using these. For a guy who is a techie like me I adopted the smart-light game way late and i'm now telling everyone I know to install smart-bulbs. I love going to bed and just saying "Alexa, Good Night" and all my lights turn off. I also have them set to timers with Alexa, so they turn on 30 minutes before sundown and at specific times at night. It's really great.

UPDATE 08/12/25 - I did finally get these bulbs to work, but they are a PITA. You constantly have to set them again in the app, and it is a struggle every single time. But now, the app won't work at all...for quite some time the bulbs are not working with Alexa. I had to reset my router, and tried to set the bulb up again, but I can't even get into the app to set it up. I will NEVER buy this brand of bulbs again. And once again, their "support" is a myth, no response at all to any questions or issues. I haven't even been able to set up this lightbulb at this point. I've been trying for 30 minutes to just get their app up and running, I've changed my password twice and STILL am unable to log into the app. When I went to their website for help, they have a support link at the bottom, which makes you think you'll get some help via chat right? NOT. Typed out my message and got a reply back that someone will be in touch soon. How exactly? Email, back in that "support" window? I have no idea, but can say I won't buy these bulbs ever again just due to this experience. I've never had this much trouble logging into an app before.

Got these to help configure a smart home set up. Especially for when I am out of town. Sadly, I can’t say much for “smart” long term purchase. First, when they did work, too many bulbs on the wifi seemed to clog up the bandwidth of my router. I would need to reset the router frequently to get it back in track. Second, they are NO LONGER COMPATIBLE with Alexa. I don’t know the deal. Sengled APP stopped working? Amazon Alexa dropped support? Combination thereof?

Acabo de solicitar la devolución porque así no me sirven
