Griffin Survivor Clear for iPhone 12 Pro Max -

When I initially purchased this product I had high hopes for it. It sure does live up to them. It says it’s highly scratch resistant, I’ve had it nearly 3 months on the phone and there are a fair bit of scratches on the back but you do have to hold it up to the right angle of light to see them, they are really fine scratches, barely visible.As far as the drop protection goes (6ft n all), it feels like a really sturdy, thin/minimalistic clear case. One of the best I’ve bought, and I’ve bought ALOT of cases in my time. Nice grip, the sides are a Matt clear and does do good to stay in your hands as you’re typing, it is a little glossy on the chamfered edge but nowadays phones are so big you can’t actually fully hold it in your hand from edge to edge of the phone in one hand, you sort of rest it in your hand and do the shuffle to get to the top, BUT does keep hand grease AWAY. The back is also glossy but the anti-greese does so good you won’t notice it’s glossy at all.As far as the anti-bacteria protection goes, well I’m not sure how you’re meant to test that... I mean I guess it works or is there due to the fact that everything else they state about this case is how it is. TOP TOP marks from me for this case.

Really like this case. Svelte enough to not make the phone overly bulky but I am confident it will be protective. I had a previous Griffin survivor case which survived accidentally being dropped off a cliff on holiday in Portugal!The case is slightly clear so you can see the phone and also see the webbing inside that supposedly helps it absorb shock. The case also has nice rounded edges which make it feel more like I am used to an iPhone feeling. Still not sure about the square edges of my new phone.

I have prieviously been pleased with this make of phone case, but this model has damaged the silver edge of my sons new iPhone pro max, he’s really upset and annoyed as phone cost over a thousand pounds and damaged by case that was supposed to protect it!! Do not buy this model

A bit disappointed about the colour - it's a bit more purple than blue, I thought it will match navy phone colour, but it doesn't. Should've bought clear.The quality of the case - top spec as usual for this make, it doesn't make phone bulky, but provides great protection.I will keep this case for now and might change for a clear-clear one in the future as I do like the colour of the phone very much.

Good protection, slim form factor and reasonable grip for a clear case. Good, mid-level protection for your iPhone.
