I use this AC to cool my living room and kitchen which is almost 500 square feet and it doesn't even struggle. I live in SE Georgia and I can set it on 75 degrees and leave it there day and night. Keeps my area about 76 degrees, no problem! If I turn it down to 70, I can't take it for long. It gets cold!

It definitely cools well but it’s LOUD! But for a Smart AC at 12 thousand BTUs for just shy of 400 bucks before tax, I can’t really complain.

Replacement for my old 12000 btu unit that finally quit cooling after years of service this was 200 less than we paid for other 12000 btu units and works great I actually have to turn it off even on hot days sometimes because it gets so cold

This AC unit kept my 350 sq. ft. studio apartment very cool, sometimes even too cool. The unit performs well as it states. However I ran into some issues with the remote. I noticed the follow me function stops working after 10 minutes. After talking to a very good customer service rep, I learned that in order for the follow me function to properly work the remote must always be pointed at the AC unit. The remote continually sends info every few minutes to maintain temperature and connection. Once i kept the remote pointed, the follow me function remained on. The user experience of the remote is rather clunky, especially when you input any changes on the app, it voids whatever was set earlier by the remote. I love wifi/remote control, but the unit lacks the finesses of maintaining a consistent temperature in the room. Sometimes the room needs to warm up around 3 degrees for it to turn on and vice versa, it would have to get really cold before it turns off. The integration between the remote and the app is the only real drawback. If this isn't a concern for you then I highly recommend this ac unit!

I would but this again, and I just may. It’s cooling down an 1138sq ft ranch home…. That’s awesome. Noisy yes, but who cares.

I love this A/C unit! I bought this to replace two other air conditioners I had in my cabin. This one unit gets my place cooler than both of my older ones put together. I like the fact that I can turn it on from home before I head over there and by the time I get there, my cabin is nice and cool. The app also allows me to adjust the temperature from anywhere and see what temperature it is in my place. I would highly recommend.

Purchased 6/27/2022, worked fine all summer, a little loud but worked. It is installed in the wall , did not take it out since June of 2022. So today because here in NY it was up to 82 degrees I turned it on and the fan does not work. Should have never bought a no name product, dont purchase this , it wasnt expensive, not a top of the line product , obviously, but should last a least 3 years. F***ing junk!
