I only received 1 smartchlor cartridge. the box packaging says 2 pre-filled cartridges. What's the deal?

would this item work for a kiddie pool? it's a larger kiddie pool - about the size of a spa...

Why do I get so much foam on the water? Chemicals are balanced and temp is at 80 during winter with no use. It cant be oils or soaps.

Can this be used in a cold tub? The Plunge cold tub to be exact! Tub has constant filtration and water movement.
