nuLOOM Iola Geometric Shag Area Rug, 7' 10" x 10', White

I almost returned this rug before opening it. It was wrapped up & looked small/flat compared to other thick rugs I was looking at in person. I was scared it was going to be flat & I didn’t want the hassle of repackaging it. THANK GOD my curiosity drove me to just open the dang thing. This rug is HUGE which is exactly what I needed, it is a little more white then the picture makes it look but that’s ok, & once you vacuum it, it all stands up nicely & looks & feels very plush. Also, yes, you can vacuum this thing so easily! Another fret of mine, that the vacuum would just get stuck/clogged on it because I have a super strong vacuum & this typically happens with rugs. But nope! Works just fine. This rug fits my space nicely & was exactly what I wanted. It lightens my room up & also absorbs a lot of noise in my apartment which was a problem with all hard wood flooring. I am very pleased!!

I received this rug last week and just loved how it made the nursery we are working on for our son more inviting and comfortable!! I was worried about possible stains with it being white and of course 2 days after arrival my little dog (who usually can’t access this side of house) ate something bad and had diarrhea and bled a little on the rug in 3 different spots!! COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! I just knew it was ruined but after cleaning as quick as possible I scrubbed with hydrogen peroxide and a carpet cleaner brush and this is what happened.... CLEAN! It wasn’t hard nor long and it cleaned really well. It vacuums really well and the material stood up to my scrubbing with a brush!! I’m so happy we decided on this one. If you are hesitate because of color, don’t be!!!

I was very excited to get this rug and wow what a huge disappointment. When it was delivered I brought it inside right away and placed it in my living room as I was unwrapping it the smell of must and mold was so bad! I was shocked to see all the mold on the underside of the rug and of course it seeped through and the white of the rug was no longer white. Right to the dump!!

Pretty and looks great! I ordered grey. I liked that the design was subtle. I didn't want a bright contrast because the grey matches my bathroom and am using this in the closet. I ordered a memory foam pad for underneath. This rug has no padding and is not plush. Soft yes but not to be confused with plush. I have it over hardwood flooring. I have developed ball of foot pain and the hardwood hurts to stand on so I was hoping for something more like a rug I already had. Compared to other rugs, I feel like this one should have cost $75 max. I say buy but just get a pad if you are looking for plush, not just floor cover or decorative.

From the pictures, it looks very soft and plush, but it really isn't. It's still a true shag rug, but if you plan on using it for an area that you sit on alot or for a baby, I wouldn't recommend it. If you just want it for looks, then go for it! Definitely glad I didn't pay much for it, lol.

I love this area rug! It’s scrumfy, which is like soft and comfy all in one. Made well, and is holding up to my dog and pre-teen. Gorgeous pattern!

I think this rug is great. It is very inexpensive, so I wasn't expecting it to compete with rugs 4 times the prices. That being said, the pattern is just as it appears in the picture. It's not a stark white, but not an off-white either which is exactly what i was hoping for. I was surprised at how soft it is. Better than I expected. No, it's not extremely plush, but again I didn't expect it to be for what I paid for it. It's plush enough though. The pile is rather long and has good texture. I've only had it a week so I can't comment on the durability or ease of cleaning, but trust me that I will update this if it turns out to be junk. I'm quite optimistic so far though.

I bought this rug for my baby girls nursery that my husband and I are slowly working on putting together while I am pregnant. The rug is a nice color and I love the pattern. The grey and white are both neutral colors and work great in the room. The rug comes very flat. I did vacuum it about 4 times over 2 days like another reviewer suggested and it fluffed right up. It is very shaggy. My pets seem to love that about it because they always want to be with me in the room and lay on it. I gave 4 stars because the rug fivers are a little thinner than I would have liked. For the price, you really can't go wrong!I also wanted to add that I out a rug pad underneath it for extra cushion. It feels great but I ordered at the same time so I can not say what it feels like alone without one. The pad is nice because it keeps the rug from sliding and adds nice cushion when walking on it.

Absolutely love this rug! It comes up lovely when it has had time to flatten out and a good hoover :)Others have mentioned a chemical smell but I haven’t experienced this with mine. No issues at all and well made.

Package was shipped correctly and arrived on time. There is a slight smell to it but that’s only when up close. I found several dead dried up red termites in the rug when we first opened it. It put me off having our daughters go on it, will be just using in the basement

I love the carpet and the colour was what I was looking for. But the chemical smell is extremely over bearing. I have done everything to get rid of this smell. It has been outside for over a week and I have sprinkled carpet odour eliminator several times during this week and it still has a strong order. I can't bring it into the house at this time. I am so disappointed. The company should have enclosed a note stating what to do about the order.

Works perfect for my space, I have it placed down on tile with no mat underneath, does not slide around. I went with grey, colours are on point. It’s not as thick as I would like it but for half the price of a normal shag rug this size I can’t complain, the overall quality is pretty good after brushing the shag out. No smells like others have said. Have had it down for 3 weeks now and it’s holding up great with my husky. If you’re looking for a fairly well priced shag rug with a great design/ colours. I’d recommend.

Just got this rug a few days ago. Beautiful rug that rolled out with ease. I have gotten several compliments on this rug already and it really completes the room. Seems to be a good quality rug too, not cheap looking/feeling at all. Totally worth it!
