Hummer H2 - Fit and function
The fan blower controller failed just as I drove into Palm Springs at 108 deg F. The fan would not shut off after the ignition was turned off and the key removed. I had to remove the fan relay to keep the battery from draining. I took the Hummer to my GM / Cadillac dealer in the area and they confirmed the relay was bad BUT that the part was obsolete and there was nothing they could do for me. I came back to the house, went online and found this replacement.I had to slightly modify the mounting hole (off set it) on the flange in order to align the screw holes with the mounting posts. I also used disconnect-able single lead connectors on the leads that required hard wiring.Total removal and install time about 25 minutes, start to finish.I ran it the air-conditioner and fan for two hours at 105+ deg (outside temp of course) and everything ran perfectly through both temp cycling and fan speed cycling.Product delivered and functions as advertised.

Fixes the "always on" blower problem with a 2007 Hummer H2
I have a 2007 Hummer H2 that suffered from the "always on max speed" blower problem. (Even when you turn off the vehicle and remove the keys, the blower stays on max speed.) This part fixes the problem. I changed it out myself and it was pretty easy. The only difficult part is that the screw holes for the replacement part do not line up perfectly with the original holes. It requires forcing and bending the plastic on the replacement part to get it to fit. With this replacement part installed, the blower now works normally at all speeds. I've only used it for 3 days. If the part ever fails, I will come back and update this review to let everyone know how long it lasted.

I would highly recommend this product
Worked perfectly. Do not worry about the wires, it was a very straight forward splice and tape installation in my 2004 Hummer H2.I would highly recommend this product. My issue was my blower motor fan was stuck on high and would continue to run even when the truck was shut off and keys removed from the ignition. While I was waiting for the replacement part, I simply unplugged the cable from the bottom of the existing unit when I shut off the truck and plugged it back in when I needed to use the truck. The power plug is accessible when the cover under the dash was removed (underneath the glovebox, 2 screws held the cover on)

Works, but not too durable.
Got this for my 2003 Hummer H2.These things are super easy to install, and they work. You'll lose the ability to use the OEM module as the connectors are different so save the pigtail that you remove just in case.I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the reliability; I'm on my third one of these in a couple of years because they just end up having ridiculous and nonsensical malfunctions with the most recent being a random fluctuation of fan speeds, up and down constantly. The one right before it ran fine for 4 months in the AZ heat then stopped working completely. Then one day turned on again, stopped working for a week, then decided to work again. They are inexpensive enough that I don't mind replacing, and this time I've ordered two just in case it decided to actually up again...just be aware that if you're in an area that's either super hot or super cold where it will be working harder than normal it may not last too long.
