Bigger than expected
This wood therapy tool was too big for me to actually get a good grip on. It just didn’t feel comfortable in my hands.

I used this only twice and when I went to use it the third time it was dried out and wouldn't glide over my clients skin. Thank goodness I had a backup tool. This is the only one of all my wood tools that this happened to.

The material is bad
After using it my skin was raw and hurt a lot. The wood is not smooth and the friction against my skin made it Bled. I used it once and never again
